I like the way you guys work, cleaning up as you go. Thinking ahead about the dust removal. It was quite satisfying to watch. It cracks me up just how easily things can be dismantled. Thanks for showing us your world.
Nice. I'll never not like a Workin' with Wolkon video. Great job as always. I'm hoping by the time I have saved up enough to hire your services, your rates don't skyrocket.
Really appreciate this very detailed step by step video. Love the full reno vids, but this serves better purpose to train, inspire, and instill confidence.
Im so glad you posted this video. It just goes to show how much work is involved just for the demo stage and that it still requires some thinking and not just tearing everything down. Awesome job! 👍
Very informative for a DIYer. A decade ago I helped my neighbor with a demo of their upper bathroom. They installed this makeshift pulley on the window. It made trashing out the debris so much faster. Doesn't make a mess inside the house. Throw the trash in a bucket, down the pulley, and into the wheelbarrow.
Thanks! Sounds cool but not sure how this would save any time/effort really We just carry a garbage bin to the yard bin on the drive, with the pulley system you’d still need to go up and down the stairs but also set up the pulley and walk around the side of the house and have a wheelbarrow
Thanks so much for this vid! You've completely inspired me and helped me plan my entire bathroom reno... I plan to do all the work myself except for maybe 2-3 things, saving probably $20-30k.
Ong your video is amazing. I am from NZ & I loved your video very professional I learnt so much. You guys were Easy to understand, educational to watch, fun as I’m learning from your content. 😊 I’m starting on my bathroom project im glad I came across your work 😁 i appreciate the help, advice and commonsense provided 🙏 🎉subscribed button hit! Look forward to more content 😎 Thank you ☺️
Also have you tried a roofing rake for example a red ripper for removing tile/wire mesh, sometimes it can be really fast and clean, as when the wire mesh comes up, the tile will come up with it, cheers!
I think you should do a video showing us the products you use. Like Really go into detail. Details like what it is and where can we order it from and if we are doing it ourselves, what tools should we have if we’re doing a bathroom remodeling?
Very Nice ! I like how you clean all the time and keep safe , plus Very Very Good video good commentary / and ya You know what you are doing Thank you for video
Curious if you indeed notice less dust or actually that window hose is sucking dust out? I am a one man show pro and am contemplating about 12-14' fan with flexible hose for the same purpose. Your system looks like a 4 or 6'' and am skeptical about being able to suck out. 👀
It absolutely makes a difference although I’m sure a duct size like you’re describing would be far superior. Recently we put a fan in the window because we were having some moisture issues with the dust extractor since it’s winter here and honestly the fan was better imo. Not anywhere near as noisy and I felt like the dust was removed even faster
Hey Wolkon I'm in Connecticut and I know that you're in Canada. I really enjoy your work and videos which are very fascinating. I would love to work with you but I know the geographical location does not work...do you know anyone in New York/Connecticut can help me?
also with the toilet it takes some strength but using the bucket and lifting the toilet up at a angle on the bucket it will spill all the water out into it!

Thanks Jason it’s a very labour intensive job for sure
Really enjoy the detailed and thoughtful voice over approach of your videos.
Thank you kindly!
Wow! You have really given me the confidence to demo a bathroom on my own. Thank you!
*What a gem.* Thanks.
Awesome. I love tear downs. Theres just something so satisfying about a blank camvas that has the potential to become anything
I agree!

I seen your video on how to do pot lights. I need to know how you power your Mirrors in the bathroom And your floor heating.
Mirrors get a 14/2 romex from the switch and floor heat we typically do a 120v line of 14/2 steady power
Thank you for your video. Very inlightening. I see a little, what we may be up against. Good job
Glad to be of some help, thank you!

Thank you for sharing this video with us. Excellent and perfect demolition. 👍👌🙏
So nice of you thanks!
Great video, thanks! Any suggestions when discovering moldy or rotted out subflooring?
Love the videos, just found a “squishy” tile in our shower so planning on using your vids for demo reference and DIY.
Thanks for the video, I like the way you work. 👍🏽
I appreciate that!
Great video! How long did the demo process take?
Awesome job
Thank you! Cheers!
What would you suggest as a negative air solution with a bathroom that has no nearby windows?
Wondering the same
I wanna work with Wolkon
Lmao thank you😂
Amazing video!
I love your videos!!!
Thank you!!!!
Yay!!

Amazing stuff.! I'm down in NC trying to keep my work to your standard😅
Thank you so much I appreciate that!
Great to see you guys wearing respirators, i’m a tile guy and I fear for 90%+ of people in this industry never wearing theirs
Also have you tried a roofing rake for example a red ripper for removing tile/wire mesh, sometimes it can be really fast and clean, as when the wire mesh comes up, the tile will come up with it, cheers!
I have not tried that but sounds like a dream! Hopefully I come across one

I’m planning an A-Z series on a basic bathroom remodel soon
Congratulations

Thank you very much but I’m afraid not
When you're so impressed by the bathroom renovations, you're considering moving half way across the world to get one 😂
How do you create negative air in a bathroom with no window
How often do you guys encounter asbestos?
also with the toilet it takes some strength but using the bucket and lifting the toilet up at a angle on the bucket it will spill all the water out into it!
I’ve become a fan of the shop vac it’s just so satisfying draining all the water
Can’t wait to buy a house and do this haha
Same lol
not wearing gloves when doing anything around someone's toilet is wild. I wouldn't care how clean it looks.
I’m a different breed I suppose haha

The blue tape smiley face.
:)
Have I been mispronouncing "sawzall" my entire life? I've always heard it pronounced like "saw-zaw", i.e. with silent L's at the end.
Finally some professionals who wear actual lung protection with the right cartridge… no your little cloth mask isn’t doing shit.
Gotta protect your lungs
This video is different. I don’t know what it is you talking more or explaining more or something
Toilet water tank will get contaminated!
