They still could have used this issue in their campaign by saying they were doing something about it with the Dems. The immigration system isnt "broken", we just choose not to enforce the policies. We have all the tools and manpower in place already so that this type of stuff should never happen, but we choose to let these people in anyways. We are getting exactly what we asked for.
