Love it Anthony! Good timing of this video for me! Thanks for always posting amazing content!!
Anthony - an excellent video! You nailed it! I struggle with eating slowly. Really need to work on that, but I agree , the 5 things you mentioned are the fundamentals
Thank you brother! So sad that this video didn’t get a lot of attention! Very valuable information
Really, really excellent message here and I'm so glad you didn't advocate restricting carbs or Intermittent Fasting, neither of which were sustainable for me.
Great video! Thank you for the information - straight-forward and well presented!
Hi Lee! happy to hear you liked it!
Great video and advice. It’s realistic and doable for most people. Veggies and fruits mostly, and flavor my food with small amounts of meat and fish.
Can you make a video on how you measure portions with food? Like a video of what you eat in a day?
I'm 36 year old carpenter, calisthenics enthusiast, hobby martial artist and now since last december i have a herniated disc in the lower back. Last year i was all in into my training and now it feels like everything is gone. Can't work at the moment, can't do calisthenics, can't do martial arts but you man... you are a big inspiration and motivation and i will get back into shape, i will get into a better shape than in my 20s and the journey starts today.
Hold on! This can be a new start for you if you face it in a positive way.

Hey Scott! How are you doing? Nice to see you in the comments 💪🏻
I've been slow to take on all that is the over 30 community, but grateful to be part of the team. I'll get there. If nothing else I am inspired by your great work on our behalf. Hope all is well with you, and of course wish you much success!
Thanks alot for your informative information, i truly appreciate it. I'm in my early 20s and want to start back working out. So keep up the great work.
awesome, if you master these tips so young, the sky will be the limit for you :))
for me the hardest thing is eating slowly.
In every day life sometimes just grabbing a quick meal or snack sounds like reality, but this is almost never really satisfying, increases my hunger, makes me slow because body needs more energy to break down those big chunks of food and also at the end of the day I still eat big meals... everything addet together makes the calorie deficit impossible.
>thanks for the great video again Coach Anthony! =)
Hi Marcello! No worries, we'll be fixing all this pretty soon! Awesome to have you join the DadBod Demolition project!
Hello Antony,
Thank you for the great video.
I would like to know more regarding nutrition and supplements.
And when I am talking about supplements, I mostly refer to non-protein supplements.
Hi Michael, I wouldn't be a good sources of information on this topic since the only supplement I take nowdays is an occational protein sup and maybe a multivitamin if I feel I'm getting sick
My diet consists of 80% plant based and 20% animal based(which is just 5 eggs). I eat only 4 meals a day and manage to get about 130 grams of protein per day(100 from plant-based and 30 from eggs). My gut feels alot better and my body is actually starting to transform compared to all the shit ton of junk foods i used to have.
nice, I did that diet for 2 years back in 2016, worked great for me as well!
1. Eat slower
2. Eat more fruit and vegetables
3. Eat protein
4. Eat clean (no sweets or junk food)
5. Portion control (1handful protein, 1handful veggies 1handful protein)
Thanks for sharing!!
OMG, THANK YOU -❤😂 people posting vids need to learn the joy of BREVITY. I AM NOT GOING TO WATCH for 10 min for 5 pointers!
Great advice Anthony... I don't track calories anymore nor restrict carbs anymore nor do I eat 100% clean all the time... but I do eat mostly good nourishing well portioned food with plenty of protein and I've never felt happier... my only problem is I tend to wolf down my food, indeed my wife says I eat my food like I'm afraid someone may be about to steal it 😊 so I'll work on that one... thanks Anthony 👍
Hi Dave, did you grow up in a big family? Lots of siblings?
@@BodyweightMuscle oh yes!... we were five boys all together... meal times were like a survival test... so now I know why I eat so fast 🙂... cheers Anthony 🙂👍
Haha, that's very commonly the case 😄
Hi Anthony,
Simple guidelines, great information and your right, there’s so many fad diets and misleading info,
I know I’ve jumped in that bandwagon more than once.
Hi Stephen! No worries, we'll be fixing that very soon!!
Are plastic gym rings as good as wooden?
Hi CL, wooden ones have a better grip but plastic ones are more durable, especially if you have them outdoors (humidity, etc). Also check this vid out for more pros and cons: ua-cam.com/video/SW2VA0Up-k4/v-deo.html (skip to 6:01 for the summary)
Anybody makd this short? What are the 5?

Hey Manuel!
After years of trial and error my favourite diet is the paleo vegan low carb keto gluten free carnivore... It's simple and easy to stick to 😂
so, just water? :D
@@BodyweightMuscle yeah water and ice 🤣👍🏻
Sad but these days I can't afford veggies.
Hi M, in which country do you live?
Let's see how much bashing I'm gonna get for doing the fatal mistake to post nutritional advice on the internet 😄😄😄
I'm all support brother

@@oripando agreeedd
this was good general advice that anyone could follow. people who would criticize this would fall into the dogmatic category.
Vegetables are the most nutrient dense????
Think again
Don't have to, they are.
