John Gibbons is a registered Osteopath, Lecturer and Author and is discussing how to manipulate the cervical dorsal junction (CDJ) or the cervical thoracic junction (CTJ). Some of these techniques can be taught but only to skilled therapists and manipulations plus more is taught on the Spinal course at Core Elements in swindon. The technique demonstrated is called a CTJ thrust.
Bodymaster Method ® Courses are now ONLINE!
I’ve been calling these courses a culmination of my life’s work, and they really are and I’ve poured all my expertise into each of them - everything I’ve learnt as an osteopath, as a writer, and as a lecturer - to ensure that the quality of learning is no less than what you’ve come to expect from The Bodymaster.
And with my hand on my heart, I have to say that I truly believe the format and content are exceptional.
All of my clinic-based Courses are now available to take ONLINE and are fully accredited through the Sports Therapy organisation (STO) and count towards your Bodymaster Method ® Diploma. Each includes a full-colour PDF copy of my published book relating to the course, which I personally take you through chapter-by-chapter with accompanying HD video lectures and demonstrations.

I need more surgery on my back. It's a very dangerous surgery tbh according to my surgeon & I don't want to take medication to numb the pain, but it definitely hurts. This actually looks like it feels kind of good.

I have my nerves ablated, during systemic pain flairs ... not permanent, but long lasting. Find a good pain clinic - mine works in harmony with my chiro, surgeon, pt & massage therapy team. For me, it takes a village & my spine pain therapist is a godsend that gives me a path to higher success with the other therapies. My neck & lumbar are chronically deteriorating with an autoimmune disorder & I have treatments in both areas.

Cavitation unfortunately doesn't do anything for fixing the issue, albeit it feels good (immediate release of adrenaline). The lasting effects are just not there. Work on control of the hypothalamus and cortisol and you'll see far more long lasting results, oh and its free.

When you're doing bodyweight exercises, you're supposed to get adjustments and massages. Those exercises eliminate muscle imbalances, which is what causes "bad back", disc deteriorating etc. Doing those, you must get an adjustment done. It's not comfortable like lifting weights.
