    John Gibbons is a registered Osteopath, Lecturer and Author and is discussing how to manipulate the thoracic spine. Some of these techniques can be taught but only to skilled therapists and manipulations plus more is taught on the Spinal course at Core Elements in swindon. The technique demonstrated is called a thoracic thrust or an AP thrust.
    Bodymaster Method ® Courses are now ONLINE!
    I’ve been calling these courses a culmination of my life’s work, and they really are and I’ve poured all my expertise into each of them - everything I’ve learnt as an osteopath, as a writer, and as a lecturer - to ensure that the quality of learning is no less than what you’ve come to expect from The Bodymaster.
    And with my hand on my heart, I have to say that I truly believe the format and content are exceptional.
    Many of my clinic-based Courses are now available to take ONLINE, and I’m working hard on the others.
    All courses are fully accredited through the Sports Therapy organisation (STO) and count towards your Bodymaster Method ® Diploma. Each includes a full-colour PDF copy of my published book relating to the course, which I personally take you through chapter-by-chapter with accompanying HD video lectures and demonstrations.
    www.johngibbon...
    In terms of his offer courses he offers, you can attend one at a time if you prefer or book all ten and receive a discount. Once you have completed all the courses you will be able to call yourself a Bodymaster Method ® Practitioner and be registered on his website with the letters 'BmP' after your name.
    John is the Author of the highly successful book and Amazon No 1 best seller called 'Muscle Energy Techniques, a practical guide for physical therapists'. John has also written many more books and these include:

    My husband has been left disabled after a chiropractor.
    He can’t sit, he can’t lie on his back, he can’t lie on his left side, he can only walk a short distance.
    He has lost all coordination of his body.
    Be careful before you go

      I am really really sorry about your husband. A chiropractor didn’t do permanent damage to me but it took a long time to recover. You have a friend here that believes you 100%. Again, I’m so sorry.

      I’m very sorry to hear about your husband. I wonder why they don’t band some of the dangerous adjustments. I’m sure there are some adjustments that are safe. If you don’t mind I’m asking, what adjustment they did to your husband?

    • @sandmandave2008
      @sandmandave2008 2 місяці тому

      I disagree. My middle back gets out of alignment easily. It's like one or two of my vertebrae shift forward or backward. I had a chiropractor use that method and it was instant relief and you could hear a discernible crack. I only had one chiropractor use the towel method and it was the easiest, with instant results. Most chiropractors thrust down on the vertebrae while you're laying on your stomach. Hurts compared to the towel method. My current chiro is a woman so maybe uncomfortable for her.

      My doc is a DO. That is very different than a DC. Here's how I can tell the difference between a DO and a DC. I was once chatting with a DC, and he bragged about how he got to be a doctor without going to school nearly as long. Then he offered to do some manipulations to treat my son's genetic metabolic disorder. (I don't think he understood those big medical terms. If he did, he wouldn't have offered.) I declined and ended the conversation so I didn't explode. Now I think that there are basically two kinds of chiropractors: con artists (who claim they can treat anything) and the ethical ones (who tolerate being in the same profession with con artists).

    Don't trust things like this unless you have seen orthopedics and they refer you and had MRIs first!! If a chiropractor starts working on you before any of this was done, then you pretty much know the chiropractor doesn't know what they are doing... And they are way too overconfident!! Overconfidence is a big red flag!!! The chiropractor doesn't know what's going on in this guys spine... He could have bad discs and joints and when you wrench on a body like I described above, you can severely damage yourself more!!
