Bro i'm your fan númber 1 i love your videos, please You can Make a video for prehistorics animals for the cenozoic? Like megatherium or other prehistorics mammals. Great video your stop motion is so sweet and awesome
@@Antic_el_oso_hormiguero2012 Cenozoics did crossed my mind a few times, and I do have thoughts about doing them some day, my issue is that I designing and animals mammals is a lot more difficult. And I try to make them as good as possible. I already have a lot planned so unfortunately I may not make any Cenozoics any time soon, at least for now. But thx for that lovely comment
@@sorryicanthearyouovermyfre8958it was in the plans for 5 months, i crafted each prop and model every now and than, but I started filming over a month ago.
I remember the intro scene from the animated movie “Dinosaur” from 2000. Ever since I saw that, I’ve been obsessed with ancient amphibians. You did an amazing job on this.
That was amazing dude. The models have so much detail, the backgrounds were beautifully made, and the animation and animal behaviour is nothing short of spectacular. You should be very proud. Incredible work!!
I know Im a little bit late to the party but I gotta say, this is one of your best animations yet, everything is just awesome from the great variety of prehistoric fauna to the absolutely stunning watercolor backdrops, everything is just flat out amazing and I cannot wait to see what comes next…
This is arguably your best one, the background, the animals we see throughout the journey, awesome stuff dude, would not hesitate to see a little short film of yours
It's always so weird to see something this ambitious and polished on youtube. In essence it's a simple video about a salamander taking a swim up a river but it's so well done from every single animal, which there is a ton of to the scenes themselves and all of the terrain it's just so well thought out and executed it's insane.
3:00 I know I'm writing down a lot of comments, but genuinely the way the salamander whips back and grabs the fish is incredible. I love that it looks like we don't see the impact frame itself just the before and after, making it look lightning fast.
I've not heard of this prehistoric salamander species before nor am I very familiar with many of these dinosaurs depicted within this formation but I have to say this was done perfectly!! The animation and clay? Sculpting for the different species was phenomenal! I do hope you might consider making a video about the ice age megafauna of the Americas or perhaps a video in the late Jurassic Morrison formation
Amazing video, your passion for this clearly shows. Look forward to any future projects! Edit: also, that salamander looks insanely anatomically accurate. Mind posting a tutorial on making it?
I’m so glad there’s still someone who, in some way, continues in Fred the Dinosaurman’s production of animations with scientifically accurate mesozoic fauna. I especially enjoyed this masterpiece about giant salamanders’ ancestor, but more than anything, I absolutely love the way you restored eoscapherpeton’s journey back to the spawn ground. Travelling across different paleoecosystems of Bissekty in the creek was just amazing. It reminded me a lot the scene ‘The Egg Travels’ from ‘Dinosaur’, only in opposite direction. Especially the scenes with Bissektipelta was very familiar to it. Only thing I missed a lot here was Ulughbegsaurus. Although this theropod specimen is very dubious (one specialised paleontologist, however, told me that it is still very likely to be one of the last carcharodontosaurians), either way, its ecological niche as an apex predator was very significant for Bissekty’s paleoenvironment. I hope there will be more of these awesome videos focusing on these overlooked theropods like Ulughbegsaurus, Chilantaisaurus or Siats. They deserve way more attention. In the short, FANTASTIC work! Ok this is Awesome and has give me some inspiration, but also two questions,1 how many models did you make?,and 2 how many weeks were you preparing for this vid ?
I think It was like 19 models. And the whole project was first planned 5 months ago, and started working on each bit every now and than when I got the time, things like Props, backgrounds, Models and such. I started filming like almost a ago.
Really well made! Good job there wasn't any wiers or damns back in those days.

Just to let ya know
This was amazing! I never heard of this creature before. I thought Koolasuchus was the last of the giant amphibians.
Well, the giant Salamanders are kinda like their successors and still live today
Very nice and everything but I don't know how the legs should walk because they are a bit stiff but great video keep it up
Yeah, it’s not something I can easily do cause walking animations are really a pain for me.
For thx either way
I need to watch more of this
