Hi all, it's 2 years since it has been installed and I was finally sent the correct parts (after many false parts) after I agreed to pay for the parts and the installation. So 2 years after installation the burner is finally fixed after I paid for it to be fixed.
I just purchased an ilve. So far so good but one thing for sure is the company does not have the operations to handle the USA. Many appliance distributors and repair company’s simply do not understand how to operate them because they are such a niche brand. Unless you are within driving distance of NYC, I would advise not to get one.

Thank you for sharing you experience. I’m stuck between getting a less attractive stove or just splurging on a more reputable brand 😩

Thank you for sharing . I love the style but they service not good, so I will not buy this brand.
This stove is not worth $500 let alone $5000 which I paid
