- In this video I have shown you How to make Iron Man Mark 5 Helmet from Iron Man 2. This helmet is fully motorized with LED Eyes as in the movie. This Iron Man helmet is wearable and controlled with the Arduino.
Soon after this video I am starting Iron Man Suit series where I will show the full process of making Iron Man suit.

Dude this looks great! Just a recommendation tho, for the red part start with a black gloss, then go over it with the red a couple of times. Afterwards just a clear gloss coat will really get that metal sheen you’re looking for in an Iron Man helmet. If you’ve got another option tho, that’s cool too. Either way this is an absolute masterpiece.

I have taken up this project to build the mask! But the original template from box and loop has the mountings for the wing servos that are Corona DS-239MG but instead of using them you have used MG996R Towerpro servo motors! Have u made and alterations to the helmet template!! Your help will be much appreciated! As I m trying to order the wing servo motors Tht are mentioned in the parts list but it’s expensive to order from out of India
