Thank you all for commenting and wishing me well. Sorry if I didn't have the energy to respond to everyone. I try to. Have had some cat issues these last few days. One of my cats got bitten by a neighbor cat and I had to take him to the vet and now he has to wear a plastic funnel/collar around his neck/head and it is driving him crazy. Also needs antibiotics and painkillers. I hate to see animals suffer and not be able to explain to them what is going on. I am feeling better but still have a cough and a cold. Have worn a little perfume and stuck to natural ones. Yesterday and today I chose Arbolé from Hiram Green. I just love that fragrance! It is the only one that I have a backup bottle of. Have almost run out now and will be starting into the new bottle soon. It is a beautiful woody tonka and patchouli fragrance with vanilla. Love love love it!

Most Amouage are big fragrances, I have 10 bottles with a few decants I am considering. My favorite house and you can find a lot of them at discounters. Happy New Year pray you are fully recovered soon!!
I smelt Opera when I was in Germany and can’t forget how good it was! I think I’m gonna get a bottle in 2025! How does it settle on you? What is the dominant bottom note that sticks out?
@@christiansbooks_ I will pay attention to that next time I wear it. I think of it as a floral perfume but with a good solid base. Will get back to you with a better answer!

I’ll have to try Electimus Vixere, I just recently smelled Electimuss Imperium, which is my sons,and while its more masculine, I could not get over the quality of the fragrance, not to mention the bottle is stunning, but extremely heavy. 🎉⭐️😘
Imperium is nice, but just couldn’t get over that it smells just like they mixed Ani from Nishane with Creed Aventus. It reminds me so much of those fragrances.

I find my health issues always hit me after the supposed stressful event passes and you feel in the clear, yet here I will be feeling terrible. Take care!oxJulia
@@StelmaDesigns Yes, I recognize that phenomenon actually. And my impression is that a lot of people around me are struggling with the same sort of back and forth cold that seems to never quite heal. Some speculate that it is from after COVID where we didn’t socialize enough and it made our immune systems very sensitive to germs.
@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 The covid separation could be part of it. My family never participated in the masks, distancing, excessive hand washing, fear etc and as a result we never got sick but that's just my own observation after that fact. We are a high percentage of bacteria and micro organisms that all form a balance in our bodies, so it makes sense if they are not constantly being exposed to other viruses and bacteria in our environment, many can die off and we are imbalanced perhaps? It's a theory at any rate.
Vixere is nearly a copy of Ange Ou Demon/Givenchy in the original version with a more green touch. However, it was too sharp for me unfortunately. Ange ou Demon today is completely destroyed. Loved it so much in those days. Grossmith is really expensive, i also own a decant of Has Nu hana. I own Sheem El Nesim, however I find it too powdery now.They are very similar to Guerlain, e.g. L'heure bleue.
@@barbaras.3770 Shem El Nessim is beautiful too, but doesn’t have that depth that Hasu No-Hana and Phul-Nana (have a decant of that) have. It is too light for me. Interesting about the Givenchy fragrance!
