RUFFBOXX® REGULAR - THE PROCESS-OPTIMIZED BICYCLE PACKAGING
With our European patented bicycle packaging, the RUFFBOXX® REGULAR, you can protect your bike optimally for shipping and storage in no time at all. The packaging features a sophisticated and sustainable design that enables quick and effortless packing. The bike does not need to be dismantled for the packing process with the RUFFBOXX® REGULAR.
It’s as simple as that:
Slide the bike into the rail and fix it in place with the wheel stabilization
insert - it will stay upright on its own. The sturdy corrugated cardboard
box is then placed over the bike and the rail and secured with reusable
twist locks (optional: additional securing with seals possible). Place the stabilization insert for the handlebar and the saddle on top of the bike. Finally, seal the box with adhesive tape. Your bike is now optimally protected for shipping and / or storage. #RIDERUFF

Mit unserer europäisch patentierten Fahrradverpackung, der RUFFBOXX
® REGULAR, schützen Sie Ihr Bike im Handumdrehen optimal für
Versand und Lagerung. Die Verpackung überzeugt durch ein durchdachtes und nachhaltiges Design, das schnelles und müheloses Verpacken ermöglicht. Das Fahrrad muss für den Verpackungsprozess mit der RUFFBOXX® REGULAR nicht demontiert werden.
So einfach geht‘s:
Schieben Sie das Bike in die Schiene und fixieren dieses mit der Radstabilisierungseinlage - so bleibt es von alleine stehen. Der stabile Wellpappkarton wird anschließend über das Bike und die Schiene gestülpt und mit wiederverwendbaren, aus biobasierten Kunststoffen gefertigten Drehverschlüssen gesichert (optionale Zusatz-Sicherung mittels Plomben
möglich). Setzen Sie die Stabilisierungseinlage für Lenker und Sattel von oben auf das Bike. Abschließend wird der Karton mit Klebeband verschlossen. Nun ist Ihr Bike optimal für den Versand und / oder die Lagerung geschützt. #RIDERUFF
