Our European patented bicycle packaging, RUFFBOXX® COMPACT, is the ideal packaging solution for the space-saving and safe transportation (and/or storage) of your bike. With its innovative and compact design, it offers maximum protection and convenience when packing and shipping.
A securely packed bike in just a few steps:
Dismantle the front wheel and tilt the handlebar. Slide the bike into the rail and secure it to the fork/axle using the axle mount - this way the bike will
stand on its own. Place the stabilizing insert for handlebar and saddle on the bike and insert it securely into the floor rail together with the dismantled
wheel. Wrap the bicycle box around the rail and secure it with the reusable
twist locks made from bio-based plastics (optional: additional securing
with seals possible). There is space for your documents and accessories in the optional mailbox and accessory box. Seal the box optionally with adhesive tape and #RIDERUFF!

Unsere europäisch patentierte Fahrradverpackung, RUFFBOXX®
COMPACT, wurde speziell für den platzsparenden und sicheren
Transport (und/oder Lagerung) Ihres Bikes entwickelt. Dank ihrer
innovativen und kompakten Konstruktion vereint sie maximalen
Schutz mit höchstem Komfort beim Verpacken und Versenden.
So einfach geht‘s:
Demontieren Sie das vordere Rad und stellen Sie den Lenker schräg.
Schieben Sie das Fahrrad in die Schiene und fixieren Sie es an der Gabel/
Achse mittels der Achsaufnahme - so bleibt das Bike von alleine stehen.
Setzen Sie die Stabilisierungseinlage für Lenker und Sattel auf das Bike
und stecken Sie diese zusammen mit dem demontierten Laufrad sicher in
die Bodenschiene. Wickeln Sie den Fahrradkarton um die Schiene und sichern Sie diesen mit den wiederverwendbaren, aus biobasierten Kunststoffen gefertigten Drehverschlüssen (optionale Zusatz-Sicherung mittels Plomben möglich). Optional finden Sie im Postkasten
sowie in der Zubehörbox Platz für Ihre Dokumente sowie Zubehör. Verschließen Sie den Karton mit Klebeband und #RIDERUFF!
