I gotta say, I love this bit. It has that magic feel of an honest petrol heads perspective on it and the charm of Mr. May. I also really appreciate how there are the glamour shots but also a bit of the raw style footage of point and shoot. I think that's missing a lot today. Really enjoyed my 7 minutes of time.

They built a beautiful machine as always. If anyone was going to make something this great it would have been lotus. Honestly I didn't expect it to be this early, but that's just the start of what is to come. Very excited about lotus and anxious to see where the stock market for them goes from here.

At the end of the day, the limitations of a car with a large amount of horsepower are the tires. Doesn't matter if it's a 2000hp Piston engine or a 2000hp worth of electric motors.

It stands at the same time as the taycan at 2.4s. Which is still more than 911 turbo 918 turbo, audi r8 or the huracan. And come saying "no you're wrong, it's 2.3 seconds!!1!1!" because it's not, 2.3s was the result in the run where it was allowed to rollout before the start of the measurement to ensure traction. Which is NOT a *0*-60 time. Also the whole 0-60 time is now pointless becasue we're reaching borders of speed that are defined by physics of traction and inertia. It's simply meaningless.
