  • I got some spacers that will give a great fitment on the M3. These are 10mm in the rear and 12mm in the front & are from Macht Schnell.

    Matt, I'm running 19x11 ET 25 rear. Fits perfect with -2 camber. With a 295/30 tire (PSS). 10.5 ET25 is perfect if you don't want a super aggressive setup. Keep in mind, my 11 doesn't rub at all. Lowered on the SpecR springs, but previously had the same dinan suspension on my old M3 that you currently have, with 19x10.5 ET25, again no rubbing.

      I'd like to keep a 20mm stagger for the street. I find that feels best for me.

    Matt, you seemed fairly obsessed with fine details, so my question is, have you read into suspension/tire geometry? As you might already know, each rim width has a corresponding tire width that ideally matches.

    275's on 10.5 look a little too stretched. 255/35 and 285/30 is the OE stagger for the GTS M3. I have some pics somewhere of 275 on 10.5's on my old e92, I'll send them your way so you get a good idea for the look.

    Do you plan to supercharge that thing? Looks amazing with the factory wheels/spacers.

      I don't think I am going to do that, but I won't say never on that one.

    Get rid of the damn wheel bolts! Stud conversion my man.

    Just using that Milwaukee on bolts is too trusting. Did you consider getting a proper torque wrench to tighten to spec?

    I know you've been a fan of Klässen. Any thoughts on going back to a set of those for the M3?

      I've thought about it. I loved mine. Frank doesn't own it any longer, and the guys that own it now have never followed up with me after reaching out.

    I have an e92
    I was running 15mm spacers in front but took them off because steering wheel shook like crazy. Is there any fix?

    • @ObsessedGarage
      @ObsessedGarage  5 років тому

      You need to make sure you have quality spacers. I always stick with Turner/ECS or Macht Schnell.
