I am saddened by the assault on Asian-Americans. I wholeheartedly support these talented artists and celebrate their accomplishments and efforts. They are are our family, our friends, our loved-ones, our neighbors, our community. I am a white male. Please know that the vast majority of us support you and stand with you.
We are Asian Americans.

I'm watching this at the start of 2022 and all I can say is that I definitely cried. It hurts growing up and not being able to see yourself anywhere when everyone else can. It's painful being the odd man out, it hurts when people say things to you and you don't know what you did to make them say that. It's hard to accept yourself without the racism, bias, insults, and more. I hope that my generation and younger/future generations don't have to go through that. This video was made because terrible things have, are, and will happen, but let it stand as a beacon for anyone who sees it. As support for other Asian-Americans, as a message for everyone else. We are people too. We cry, we bleed, we laugh just the same.

I just showed this to my class of seven teen boys in a juvenile center and several noted that they never realized who made all the movies and animations that I grew up with. They said Thank you.
