Buongiorno Annette and chef the chickpea pancake delish I definitely will be making that today and Let it rest one hour why I don’t know just do it😀👌Grazie Mille always love you two in the kitchen fun and dynamic💖💖😍😍👌👌🌟
The Italians definitely taught the French how to cook! After that, the French went high end, but I’d rather eat grandma style Italian food over fancy French food any day!
Good morning Annette! New here ,and love love your videos, you are so funny and informative!! I am from Uruguay(leaving in US)and it is a almost a national plate eating the farinata( faina for us) on top of you favorite pizza !! It is on the menu of all pizerias there!! It is called “pizza a caballo” I’ll try to make your recipe
Metric 300g chickpea flour 900ml water (means water-flour ratio is traditionally 3 : 1) mix it rest it (best over night) preheat oven to 230-250°C pour about 30ml olive oil into a preheated pan (I bake two farinata's from this mix, so 60ml) pour in the farinata mix (best over a spoon so it won’t destroy the oil layer that prevents it from sticking) bake it for 20-30 minutes (well, until golden brown) On the outside it’ll be crisp but inside it should be soft. Guten Appetit | Buon appetito

This is something I needed. Never heard of but have my chickpea flour ready for another recipe, so I can do more things with it.
That's fantastic. Thanks for watching. Enjoy! x
Yum, would love to see a cornbread recipe! My mom makes her cornbread in a cast iron skillet and thin like that. It’s so yummy!
