Adding white wax softened the contrast between the Blue Pine paint and the dark wood. I like the look.

The blue and white is what I love, and I collect the blue willow dishes like the ones you found! I have struggled with trying to combine the blue and white with farmhouse, and you did it!! It looks so good! Thanks for the ideas!
I think the white waxing looks great, gives it a softer look.
What a beautiful blue and white find. I love them. Also, those clear bottles are very old medicine bottles. It's what the Pharmacists would fill for their customers. My Uncle was a Pharmacist and he gave me several. He said that if you leave them in the sun, they'll turn a bluish color!!

The shelf with the dishes & bowls is beautiful❤ Love the swan vase and the tiny cloche turned out precious! They butterfly stamp turned out so pretty🦋 But my favorite DIY was definitely the house! Adding the wood pieces & drawers was the perfect touch! The wax wasn't bad, but either way i love it! Enjoyed, thanks for the inspo!
So at first I didn’t like the white wax but after and then it was staged I loved it. ❤❤❤
I think adding the white wax and made it look finished and elevated versus the high contrast it had before
Just picked up my first big spool of thread like the ones you love. It was a beautiful light green sage color. Not very old but so pretty.

One issue I have, are any of your shelves in your house used for actual “usable” things? I love blue and white, it brings me memories of my grandparents home in Buenos Aires, but things have change and we need usable space in our kitchen’s counters and shelves!
