Reflecting on My Life-Changing Inner Dance Training with Simona - One Year Later @sisi.academy

"....... Almost a year ago, in October, I took part in the Inner Dance & Beyond Training with Simona, and it was honestly one of the most, absolutely amazing experiences I’ve ever had in a training. I’d done Inner Dance with Simona before, in some really magical places, and our timelines aligned perfectly this time. It felt like the ideal moment for me to dive deeper into the Inner Dance journey and take the training.
Since then, I’ve facilitated multiple Inner Dance workshops and events, and they've been so well-received here in Toronto, Canada. I’m thrilled to continue sharing this around the world. For me, the journey was first and foremost personal, a pivotal experience that helped me release a lot of heaviness and live with more lightness and brightness.
Simona is not only a teacher and friend but, as a facilitator, she is truly next level - so humble and always willing to lean into whatever arises for her students, without judgment and with deep Faith as to everything that's coming up and everything that's pointed out. She has a really beautiful way of teaching that emphasises Trust; everything that comes up or is highlighted during Inner Dance happens for a reason. This approach has greatly influenced my own classes and events, helping my students realize that Inner Dance isn’t just a modality or tool. It’s a way to return into your body, to your essence, to know your truth, to understand yourself more deeply, and to let go of all the conditions - everything that you thought you were or that you believed you had to be to be loved or successful. Inner Dance just lets it all go and just allow for yourself to pulse at the same energy as everything around us and as one heartbeat.
The Inner Dance & Beyond Training was so incredible cause it gave me a tool I can use not only in one-on-one sessions but also in group settings and, most importantly, in my own personal life and my own personal journey. It helps me connect to my Body and to the Intuition within my body -an Intuition that becomes accessible only when you truly let go. Inner Dance has this magical ability to help you release and Surrender.
Since the training, I’ve encountered many big life lessons; the experience has been profoundly transformative. I’m so happy and grateful I did this Training. Over the last decade, I’ve completed many health and spirituality trainings, and this one is hands-down my favorite. It offered me the most Wisdom because the wisdom that I was getting was coming from me to me. I think that’s the most beautiful part of it - knowing there isn’t one single tool or modality that will "save" you or make you someone else. Instead, it’s about the willingness to be able to see and feel and understand yourself a little deeper and live with more Authenticity, Truth, and Alignment with yourself.
