Jodi you are a GENIUS with the binding off on the wrong side! YES, "Jodi's bind off" ! ! ! #JodisBindOff. I have been knitting for decades and this is one of the best knitting hacks EVER! I've never liked the look when binding off normally in pattern on ribbing. I say it again, Jodi, you are a GENIUS! I told you this at the time during the LIVE show of this, and I am saying it again!

You are never too long for me! I always feel like I've had a visit with 2 knitting friends. Love the sweaters and really happy to see the Rock It Tee using two low contrast fingering yarns because I'm planning to do that. I cannot wear mohair, even though I like the look, it makes me itch.

I’m so excited! I’m coming to Canada in just over two weeks time to stay with Selma - little Big Knits - and I have Frankie Grey Fibres coming to meet me there! I can’t wait to knit with it! Mind you, it might be a good idea to stop getting things sent to Selma’s as there is a pile building up and we’re hitting a yarn festival when I’m there!!😳😳🤣🤣🤣

Hi This is Rosanne Kay. I casted off the sleeve on my sweater the way Jodi suggested and I also did a yarn over. Came out beautifully. I also put short rows on the neck. Thank you for suggesting these new techniques. Love your podcasts. ❤️

Okay, I know you love each other, but when Jodi gave Tracie such a big hug for the generous gift she knit, that was THE best! 💗💗💗 The Floodlight would be amazing with this yarn. Also, Leo and Roxy have a beautiful 35 Linen 65 Silk fingering base that is to die for! They dyed only 4 colourways for their 4th anniversary earlier this year, not sure if they are going to continue dyeing this base or expand the colour choices, but maybe some GG influence..... Thank you for being here. I missed your live, but it was so nice to spend my afternoon knitting with you on my screen. 💕

Saturday was rainy at MD Sheep and Wool, but Sunday was great and it wasn’t hot; definitely sweater weather! Magpie’s new flagship store called “Magpie Fibers” store is absolutely fabulous. It’s in a beautiful old bank building in downtown Frederick and their other shop, Magpie Market is across the street selling stationery, pens, ink, embroidery, etc. Between the two stores, I think they have everything you’d every want or need to buy and they are some the nicest women I’ve ever met!
A few minutes in and I have to stop and comment, that pencil sock set is ADORABLE!!!

I know it may not help everyone who has experienced sensory issues with the new Ravelry format, but in case folks are unaware, where are some options to change the mode and adjust a few settings to adjust appearance of the site. Worth a try anyway. I prefer the lower contrast mode, and I really hate the dark mode, for example. I just discovered also there are settings to reduce motion and freeze animated GIFs when possible. Hopefully those things help a few more people enjoy the glory of the Ravelry community!

Omg I just finish the same pair of pencil sock this week, after more than year on the needle.
Get a clear plastic that you use for covering a table and put your stickers on it then place it under your sock machine, or sewing machine, or use it for a wall hanging.

The funny thing about the Local Pick-up thing once. I was ordering yarn from a store in Europe and was like, ooo local pick-up is free! But if you think about it. No it ain't. It would cost as much as a plane ticket. haha!

You know what panick is? Camping and discover there is no internet at your site. We have moved and yay!!!!! I can watch my girls!! Met a couple from Montreal. Camping at Hot Springs Arkansas.
I camp permanently and use a cellular internet that I adore for work and home.

Tracey when you were talking about finding a new sweater to knit, all I could think was design one with Frankie Fibres yarn. call it "the Frankie". then I thought do a series of sweaters, eg, the "Frankie Gray', the 'Frankie" crew etc. what a great idea. just saying. love your podcast.
In the rock tee is the mohair held double for stripes
I start the top of my socks that way. It keeps the cast on row from twisting.

I would like to put Tracie on the spot and ask how many skeins of yarn she has in the wall behind her, and with all the new yarn she buys, how often does she go to the bins for her next project.
I was looking at your cardigan colors and like the new pale blue as the backdrop to to pink and orange and then do the gray as a stripe. Different right? No gray sweater in spring when you know a yarn dying sister!
I just did 1 inch of ribbing rather than I cord around the v neck for the rock it tee. Made the neck much better/not so low

“Take the Stress Out of Swatching!” I can’t wait!!! I have attempted sweaters maybe 5 times where they turned out way too big…..I need help! I think my gauge becomes looser as I get knitting. What do you do in that situation? Please also demonstrate how you do those gauge swatches “in the round” but have those long threads between rows? I’m stumped!

What is name of designer for Rocket Tee pattern? Where was it published?
Love the Rock it tee, have knitted two, easy to get a little bit lesser cleavage when you knit on a ribbad border after you finnished. Make the border as wide as you need. And dont choose a size with too much ease. I do a three to one stitch in the v. It works.
Who/where is the little progress keeper/markers with ribbon from?
Does GG only get money from the orange one, or from all the colors?
