My favorite "cheap pimp from upstate'' makes his return in GTA V. Talk radio's always have been a favorite of mine just to chill out, listen to and laugh my ass off.

It's crazy how Fernando's voice never changed since 1984...

he must be 90 here since he sounded like age 57 in GTA Vice City already. that said, in this frank chavez spoke fernando a bit different to the prior games: he speaks the "s" sounds much sharper, in the prior games he was mumbling more.
overall i found fernandos part here rather not as funny as in GTA:SA
Since his first appearance in gta 3 he took on a more asmr voice oh well gotta love Fernando’s New Beginnings

@@LukiO4500 both Lazlow Jones and Dan Houser write this stuff and they both left Rockstar. I am very worried that future GTA games (if they ever happen) will lose the humor they always had. These Radio talk shows have been one of my favorite parts these games. Sad
