I have the distinct impression of a beautiful city infested by a huge amount of traffic congestion. This is awful. I lived in New York City. This is awful. If they could eliminate some of the cars, then they could eliminate some of the traffic lights, and this congestion would start to sort itself. But this is just abysmal.
