Coach, I'm glad you are explaining the things you shouldn't explain because some people learn from what they see. When i was being taught this i was just told to do it. If they would have explained it the way you explained i probably would have gotten it down way faster. Please don't stop explaining the little details. You are doing a really good job.

This is Exactly what a True Coach should Do , Which is to take the Time to Accurately Describe what , why , & the How of Real Application for what He Hopes to Teach . So, that the Student Understands & Applies the Body Mechanics / Moves Correctly. Great Job , Coach. New Suscriber !!

100%. I think this is what people forget. Knowing why you do something allows you to know better how to apply it to yourself. Different people may need to apply techniques differently because not everyone is built the same, or is trying to do the same thing. You got to know the rules before you can break them.

Every step forward you anchor the hips, pelvis forward duck head back ,(this position is the duck of feint counter right cross coming at you). This point you are balanced chin done, hips wound on your toes and ready to POP the eye socket or or Left counter(Mayeeather style) hook. This is my everyday workout In the dark after a hill repeat on my Bike. Gr8 video.
