- I have always liked the look of painted Bumpers on C10s so
on this episode I pull off the chrome bumpers from the shop truck and put on some auto metal direct bumpers I had powder coated eggshell white. - Авто та транспорт
I like the Chrome bumpers best, gives it just the right amount of bling.. Just my taste. Ron

Sorry Mr lucky I know chrome don't get you home but I liked the chrome better. But y'all need to do whatever makes you happy. Maybe after you let the smoke out of the tires a few times the white will grow on me. Thanks for the video.

Glad to see you have a plan for the bumper bolts. Bumper bolts typically just have a stainless steel cap. Most good parts people can get you new ones in a shorter length.

All this work.. when you gonna paint the body and have your shop logo put on the doors, to look like it was done back in the 70's.. with the whole patina look that is possible :)

Your name is Lucky for a reason. If I would of hung the front pumper with out mounting bolts and walked away and with my luck it would of fell off hit the floor skidded into the street and got ran over by the trash truck.

geez i had to open up the holes on the frame and take front bumper on and off about a dozen times and still need to make some more adjustments and you just pulled old one off and put new one on😂 maybe you could lend me a hand, i need to replace rear bumper too! i’ll buy your old one off you if you are ever coming through michigan 😂
Lucky, looks good. I like the white with the stainless bolts , when I did mine I made thin rubber washers to go between the brackets and bumper and nylock nuts so there would be no chance of the dreaded dimpling or pimpling of the bumper from over tightening.
I love the stance and tire look on this truck. What size tires/wheels are are you running ??

Thought you had a shop sized Swamp Cooler. They work great. California? I can see custom chrome being scarce but industrial chrome too? Which end is the bike rack going on?

Super sanitary undercarriage, can only dream of having anything close to that in the midwest. Like the white bumpers, but thought the holes in old ones pretty trick looking. My man must have Toes of Steel to be in the shop in his archies - law of nature says any dropped part/tool/assembly is attracted to the closest big toe and is guaranteed to make it throb like a mofo. Have a sealed shop floor which makes flip flops like traveling on ice with Teflon skates when it gets wet.
Those bumpers really clean up the look.
So what you doing with the grill now .. you gonna black it out or when painting body gonna make it body color ???

I like it! I think that rubber residue is because of the summer heat on the asphalt. We have that problem here in Phoenix too. ;)

CPP makes a good one for cheap. So does performance online
Looks pretty good. Not my style but if you dig it then👍🏻 plus it’s a c10 so you can’t go wrong.

looks great ... i have a 68 C-10 2nd owner with 53K original miles and it has factory white bumpers and it came stock with S/S bolts , where did you get the divider "holder" for your plyers, cutters crimpers - on the top of the tool cart
Think truck would look cooler with Orange front fender and tail gate need some artist to fake patina to match the rest of the truck. Least that's what I would do if you sell it to me. Lol

The white bumpers look great on that work-styled, patina-d truck.
The dechroming look is very 1990s.

New Bed wood, new tailgate, new hood, new bumpers, could an old school candy apple red paint job and diamond tuck and roll interior not be far away.
Bumpers look great, so long chrome. Just my opinion, but i think the hardware should be white also.
i know old paint is in but, this old truck should be painted.
I don't think anyone from the Motor Trend group wants to do bodywork and paint except Steve Dulchich. I bet this truck and ChevHelle are a blast to drive.

Why would you put work truck bumpers on a hot rod.Chrome is king sorry but it looks terrible.
