No wonder the Empire fell; their installations are so elaborate and over engineered that no one could get to their battle stations when an attack occurred.
Just a tip: when you're labeling something as a 'walkthrough', there shouldn't be any wandering, looking around for where you're supposed to go. If you want to upload videos of you doing something the first time, call it a let's play. Even still, thanks for getting me through that double-door room and remembering the code.
G-Man's Gaming That's cool. Don't call it a walkthrough, then. Walkthrough means it's going to show what needs to be done; you clearly didn't know what you were doing (not that I blame you with the level design) and it was rather annoying to have to sit through a bunch of running back and forth just in case any of it actually was the piece I was missing. That is literally all I am saying. This isn't a walkthrough, and labeling it as such is misleading. I'm not saying it shouldn't exist. God knows I've put up even less useful videos.
Laserrobotics Point taken, I've pretty stopped doing playthroughs like this anyway. I've moved on to a sort of let's play with commentary but I don't tend to go over the top with talking as I think it can detract from the game itself, although I've been inactive for a while (personal reasons) I'm in the process of recording more stuff but I want a back log of videos this time so I'm constantly uploading something
17:20 Those doors are closed to me. How do you open them? I've got the 16:30 sample and even stumbled into 100% secrets. What am I missing to let me out, or is it bugged?
It would have been a little more helpful if you hit f2 to turn on night vision around the 7 minute mark. Anyways, great video! It really helped. Dark forces is pretty difficult and it helps to have someone like you here to make these videos!
+Glitchex Games This is an old playthrough back when I was starting out. I plan on re-recording this at some point on a harder difficulty and using the devices more often.
You're an awful shot. You assume that the center of the screen is the cross hair. Back then you had to motion the rifle just a tad to the right to hit the center.

Let's plays are when people also make annoying voice overs and never shut the fuck up.
brawlerdude555 Ok? My point stands; this video is far longer than it needs to be for a 'walkthrough'.
Laserrobotics It was a play through, not a speed run

I friggin' hate this mission!
todaywiththeCJB As a kid I hated this mission, I could never figure out what to do
One of my favorite missions in the game. And a favorite to replay.
Nice job on the vid!

I think it was a glitch, since replaying the level resolved it.
OP doesn't like to waste battery when he can waste ammo instead.
The file's name is Star Dust!

+G-Man's Gaming Great!
i want this game
You can get it on either GOG or Steam
I cannot understand, why they made weird movement of weapon, the same with Duke Nukem 3D, DOOM 1and 2, Quake 1
Do you mean like the over exaggerated head bobbing effect
Yeep. Take something, and go, and then run, this is what I mean and I cannot understand why they made it that strange
hii as i ben ? controls psx? i cant bend :S
+Fénix force I don't know what the Playstation contols are sorry, I'm playing this on PC
ok you can look controls psx or find ?
+Fénix force im sure im to late but its l2 and triangle
thanks ¡¡
How to on the goggles?
F2
i cant make that jump at about 40 seconds into the game.
It can be a bit a tricky jump, I barely made it. You have to do a running jump and jump at the last possible moment
G-Man's Gaming its impossible i swear.
+Dan Wheeler theres a running button, if you are not pressing it you are never going to make it
which one is it?
+Dan Wheeler Shift on PC.
