This machine is capable of so much. Look at the Kafmasino and everything its capable of. Its essentially the same machine with a few tweaks and a tablet. Absolutely incredible! I cant wait for some mods to come out for this machine. It will truly be one the best seller on the market and likely kill the GCP once if it can build a reputation of having a long life. Im beey excited to see where the machine goes in yhe near future.
You should release a version of the user manual for the v1.1 machine. I did not appreciate having to find a video to figure out how to use the pre-infusion features. Thanks!
#1 you are correct and we are working to fix this. #2 with that amount of water going through yes the temperature drops a lot. In the normal shot only 40g water going through. The temperature is very stable. Please check the Tom's measurement in ua-cam.com/video/qbwTo9tBmcM/v-deo.html .
Oh that is nice. Is the function of holding the manual mode button now working with the machines being sold now. Like here in the philippines the machine is under the name Gemilai CRM3007L . if that pre infusion is fixed for the new models that would be really great.

1) why the solenoid switches? It shouldn't. Only the pump.
2) What happened with the temperature? Did it just drop from 95 to 76 C in 56 secs?

That depends on the preheating time. With 20m plus, temp drop is much less. That is why I requested to have the apex work with external smartwatches.

We tried before and it didn't work well with this pump. We will take time and investigate this possibility this year.
