Indeed it was. Now, I have a question that I’m sure you can answer.
Probably you’ve encountered foreign candidates to a job who are not at the States, what are the things that we people who live on other countries should have to get a job for instance on a technology department in a big company?

Just started watching.. sad that you get some negativity because I don’t now why that would be. It’s not easy - I hear you saying right now that there are no rules which sounds right to me. Always love your videos, your style and your authenticity about trying to help us.

I've been watching your videos over the last month for advice during my job search, and it's been insanely helpful. I'm happy to report that I just got the offer for the job I really wanted (literally an hour ago)! I accepted of course.
Just want to say thank you for the incredible information - I really couldn't have navigated the job search and interview process without it. Definitely going to be a long watcher, and recommend your videos to anyone I know looking for jobs.

Absolutely nailed an interview the other day thanks to your channel. Unfortunately the panel (had no idea it'd be a panel but I was prepared) had to quarantine the next day. Watching this now just in case I need to continue my job search.

@@TheCompaniesExpert thank you! For anyone that reads this I will say that the biggest thing that helped me was the questions I asked at the end of the interview. I was the only applicant to have questions prepared.

You are a great orator in the first place, I overboiled my hard eggs watching your believably spontaneous rant:-). Being 58 is not a perfect moment for starting over and looking for a job (in my country, anyway) but your videos sort of build me up to something, bring back my long gone self-esteem and enthusiasm for things. Thanks a lot!

Thank you for the great videos I learn a lot from you. Moreover I can share my experience which sounds a little bit weird but since 2019, I made 2000+ applications globally and surprise.. no result. Still unemployed. I feel myself like a case study :))) This is my short short story. Finally its good to hear from you to keep myself ready for the upcoming possible opportunities. Thank you.

Hey man, thanks for the advices that you gave and I just finished my second interview. It was quite a second interview where I used a computer and drawing software for engineering design. I am not sure what that indicates but I was happy doing design and I was just doing work designing a tool. I felt that I might have need to ask questions but i got blanked out because I loved using the design software and had an opportunity to show my skills.
    Again Thanks!

I’m stuck in a job search hole.
Companies won’t hire me because I have “no history of job stability” (too many job changes in the last 12 years).
At the same time, because I cannot land a good job, I take short term/temp/consulting roles. Or, I join failing companies that close (Bankruptcy), or lay everyone off in a short period of time. These jobs just makes my resume worse. I try to hold out for quality companies that can provide a long term role, but eventually I have to get back to work, so I dumb down my resume and get back to work. I also struggle to get an interview for a “step back” position. I’m more than willing to start lower and work my way up a company, but I can’t seem to find a company that is willing to hire someone “over qualified”, or with a history of much higher pay.

My frustration with applying to job postings and going through this process is majority of time the perspective employer ends up going with an internal candidate. Having also been on the other side of this process I can say majority of time when a job is posted to the Internet it is automated through the employers' applicant tracking system software so that once a requisition is approved the feed is sent to all the major online job platforms even though the hiring authority already has someone internal selected for the advertised role but must justify the selection. Big game!

If I were the Hiring Manager, I would've do the same and totally agree with you.
Sad to say, thing happen kind of different, especially the east side~
Even Well Known MNC company, usually the response I'm gonna get :
    1. Seen, but no replies.
    2. Seen, and reply : You should reach out to someone with 'recruiter' for job opportunities.
    Not bragging btw.

Does this video apply to the American job market only? What about the UK market? (that you are aware of, of course)
Also, still related to the job search, what's your opinion on certificates acquired through online courses? Do they help or hurt your job hunt?

Hi Sir, good day. I would like to seek your advice. Here's my situation: I already completed my initial interview with the Recruitment Specialist (RS) last Jul.23 (Fri), completed my 2nd interview last Jul.31 (Sat) with the Sr. Training Manager (STM) and the STM told me that she will endorsed me and arrange for the final interview with the Training Director (TD). I made a follow-up about the final interview schedule status last Aug. 5 from both the RS and the STM. Only the RS responded and said she will follow-up with the STM. I made a follow-up again last Aug.10 with the RS only and she mentioned that the TD won't be able to accommodate the final interview and has assigned another STM to do it. The RS told me that she will notify me once she has the schedule.
Should I just wait for the RS's update on this?
OR is it also ok for me to reach out to the STM as well (we are connected via Linkedin) who did my 2nd interview to follow-up?
I would appreciate your guidance on this in terms of timeline to follow-up and if it's appropriate for me to connect with the STM as well on the final interview.
    Thank you.

Hi, has anyone been scheduled for this style interview:
"The loop interviews will be 3 parts and timelines as follows:
Loop 1: Mock 1:1 (30 minutes) - Please be prepared to be engaged in a mock 1:1 based on the agent summary attached to this email. (the agent summary contains agent metrics with no listed expectations)
    Loop 2: Interview (30 minutes)
    Loop 3: Interview (30 minutes)"
I cannot find anything about this type of mock interview and I m really stressed. The position is for a remote CS Team lead

    Dear sir,
Do you think it is bad if the reason I am wanting to leave my current job is because I cannot stand the working hours (it is often 9AM to 1AM)? What do I need to answer if I get asked by an interviewer regarding the reason I want to leave? Thank you in advance
