Every job I've landed for myself has been WAY better than any job a recruiter has ever found me. No recruiter has ever found me a decent paying job much less a job that I was ever happy with. Quite frankly, I avoid them. Recruiters are out to fill positions by numbers & the majority aren't looking out for your best interests. Only you can be in charge of that.

I have a question. My husband just had an interview for a job. The interview seemed like it went really well. At the end of the interview, he asked his questions which included questions about the company but then he asked if relocation expenses were available? He also asked is telework available occassionally like in cases of severe weather (job located in a very snowy state).
How are these questions perceived by the hiring manager? Are these questions okay to ask in an interview? I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

Your channel is awesome. Thank you very much for the content you churn. I learnt a lot of things from this place. I followed your videos and managed to even get connected with the hiring manager of an internal job I applied to and he has agreed on a small call. Anything specific I could talk about to ensure I land the job?
    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the recommendation! I’m just wondering if the industry that I’m in is niche and the hiring managers might know my current manager, where do you stand on that?

Hey, I have a question for you. What's your recommendation of approach for foreigners that need visa sponsporship for a position either if they are currently within or outside the US? You'd get tons of views if you can bring useful tips on that.

if job advertisements states one requirements, at the interview recruiter states completely different requirements, and at last you found out that at the work site there another rules applying ..... how we can get ready for such ))))))))

Hey, what If I'm approached by external recruiters for a position and at the same time, I got an internal referral vouching for me? is that appropriate? is that good?

I wanted to get your opinion on something a couple of family members have advised.
So as I've said in comments in other videos, I got a job offer for a position I applied for (I accepted). Got the formal offer as well and signed that as well. Now they are running a background check - nothing shocking, just the usual check on my work history, education, etc (aka the usual). So a couple family members have advise to still keep applying/interviewing for other jobs in case the background check comes back as a reason for my job offer to be withdrawn. This seems sort of pointless to me, since everything asked for the background check was on my resume, and since I didn't lie I see any reason the background check could result in a withdrawn offer.
    What's your opinion on this?
EDIT: I wouldn't give this much gravitas if it were 1 family member making the recommendation, but it was a few of them independently making the recommendation, so now I'm confused.

Never stop looking - until you have the final offer in your hand. The answer to your question depends on what you have to lose. If nothing, then I would agree with them.
