This song slowly grows to become a beautifully constructed work of musical art. Warpaint are my new favourite band. I recently bought all their albums and EP and I'm staggered by their talent and abilities to create joyous and sublime melodies as well as tight instrument playing and a true sense of band comradery. A true musical gem amongst a lot of fickle dros.

I found them because I watched a live video of Kurt Vile performing "Pretty Pimping" and I was fascinated by the drummer.. found out about Stella first and then Warpaint... now I am hooked.

Saw them open up for Depeche Mode last month at the Hollywood bowl! They're spectacular they have like a mix of the cure, garbage, and the cranberries in them, but definitely it's a unique sound

The vocal reminds me of Siouxsie... that's what grabbed my ear at first... discovered a terrific band that appeals to me here - and the fact that it's an all-female band just ROCKS.
I said almost the same on a different post ...about Siouxsie 🙂 I wondered about Warpaint's influences...they are EXCELLENT ...I'm a 57 year old fan 💯👍🎶🥰 also they have a certain underlying sexiness like Anabelle from Bow Wow Wow.... I discovered this band on Jools Holland. My hub and I both love them ❤️

I saw Warpaint live Thursday April 17th, 2014 in San Francisco! They were great.. so sexy & confident on stage!!! I screamed really loud and the singer with brunette hair looked at me & smiled/giggled. We had our little moment... MY GOD they are so talented!!!

I just discovered it lately. I am always late for everything.

I was brought here by pure chance. The music was being loudly played in an apartment across the street. I went up and knocked on the door and this beautiful girl answered. I asked who she had been playing and she said, "Warpaint." I asked her out. She said yes. I went back home and googled Warpaint and got this. That is what brought me here and that is where I am going: out.

Update: She moved in with me after a month or so. We made it for four months. We split the cost of my larger place. She was good for me in that bad sort of way. I have moved on, and feel lucky to have known her; it was an odd episode and necessary I guess. Love is over or underrated. Don't know which. Gender plays into the answer no doubt, but in terms of the song, the whole thing was pretty spot on.

I really love this band. Maybe I'm wrong, I believe two of the members are sisters, any way , one of them was in this movie , a crazy and gory horror flick called the Ranker. About this killer demon who emits a horrible stench right before killing each of the young party goers stuck in desert on the way to a rave. It was a cool movie. I probably made a cool of myself bring this up, but what ever.
