There are some exceptions to the "Don't Fly on a Holiday" rule. In the U.S., The day before Thanksgiving is one of (if not, the) busiest travel days of the year, but Thanksgiving day itself sees very little traffic, since most people spend that day with their families. Because of this, when I wanted to start my Christmas vacation in Europe last year, I found the best NYC➡️London deal to be on Thanksgiving day itself.
Booking late at night works! Even full flights have seats open suddenly late at night. I saved over a hundred bucks multiple times by booking around 1am

Thank you so much for this video! I needed to book a flight from the Netherlands (Amsterdam) to Belarus (Minsk), the original price was €650 but i got it down to €450 with your tips which is a crazy amount of saved money haha
I thought I was pretty good at finding flights, but now I have seen this video and I see the difference. I am excited to try several one way flights for December. For example, I was looking at flight in my area to Miami, and then I realized it was about $90 cheaper each way to book to Fort Lauderdale which is only 30 minute North. Oh, and flights to San Francisco are expensive from here, but a one way flight to Vegas is way cheaper, direct, and I could add the flight to San Francisco for $30 from Vegas. Thank you so much Drew! I think I may be older than you, but I want to be like you when I grow up.
The incognito searching is absolutely correct... I have seen that after I search for a flight the price always goes up after a few days... I always felt that they are targeting just me..

Thanks Drew!!! I just booked a round-trip ticket from Orlando to London! The closest airport to me is Tampa but Orlando was cheaper. Three flights two layovers one layover in Washington Dulles and a second layover in Frankfurt Germany.

If you want a cheap airline tickets go directly to airline website and book from there directly it's much cheaper plus booking from booking website has some disadvantages and charges. If you buy a ticket not directly from the airline ticket, some booking website they don't allow cancellation or refund, also they charge you fee for booking from their website $20-50. Because there are so many airlines you don't know which one is the cheapest. First go to booking website and search for your date preference tickets and then whatever 3 airline gives you the cheapest then go to that airlines website directly and book from there to find the cheapest ticket. I do this a lot for international flights. Also after done searching and if you want to search again make sure to clear cookies from your computer and close the internet and open and search again.
