I love your videos! I grew up in Appalachia in the United States and didn't travel out of the country until I was in college, where I studied abroad in Scotland. I am from USA , was Pakistani from Peshawar , grew up in Kuwait , live in Dubai. I feel universal and I appreciate your presentation of various cultures. Work like yours is very important for the world. Bringing people together and opening their minds. ❤
Pro Tip: Whenever Drew does not mention a unique commentary about a country, and just summarizes the visit with words like: fantastic, cool, fascinating, wonderful, amazing, etc, then he is hinting to you that the country is boring.
People have different opinions...just cause you smoke a cigar and have a beer on the beach doesn't mean it's a great place Drew....😆 I could do that anywhere
You are an inspiration, Drew! I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I have a great passion for traveling. 21 years old only have been to 5 countries, and being from Afghanistan wouldn’t make it easy to travel, but I don’t let these things avoid me from traveling. I hope I get to see as much of this big beautiful world as possible.
Since you're planning to visit Lapland, Finland, I would suggest you to get the most out of your time by taking a ride on a reindeer sleigh through the amazing Lapland forest scenery, sleeping in a glass igloo (or an ice hotel!), as well as of course seeing the Northern lights. I'd actually also recommend watching the Geography Now episode about Finland, that really gives you an idea of what it's like and what to do! :)
Drew so sorry to hear about your visit & experience in Cameroon 🇨🇲 Please I would love you come back again. The crisis is calm now & there are many places you can visit. I can be your tour guide. Cameroon has one of the most welcoming people especially in the English region where I reside
Hungary is hands down my favourite I visited. It didn’t feel like a trip there, it felt like I lived there, I had a picnic under the hotel I stayed in in Budapest and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. I’ve always wanted to go to Iceland also, looks absolutely beautiful
I loved Hungary! Budapest was such a fun city to be in. I went in high school as a group trip led by a history teacher, a two week jaunt around the middle of Europe from Italy up to Poland… and he wasn’t very good at it, he sort of just abandoned 11 teenagers in Budapest and told us to meet him at a specific place in the evening. But I’m glad it happened there and not anywhere else on the trip, Hungary had by far the nicest and most helpful people on the whole trip!
You have not been to Colombia, the friendliest country in the world. *Colombia is the Most Bio-diverse Country in the World by Km², and 2nd. by extension, after Brazil.* *Colombia is called the Country of 1000 Rhythms, because it has 1,025.* Very rich musical culture. Unparalleled beauty.
Hello Drew! If you are reading this, i am very proud of you that you actually achieved this very rare goal. As i can say, every country is beautiful and has its own vibe. Very inspirational, as i love geography and history, and i hope that i sometime will also achieve this goal. As always, great video, love the storytelling. ❤
If you want to visit and enjoy France, don't go to Paris!! I mean it's iconic but you should rather visit southern France (Nice, Menton, Eze..) or my region, Corrèze, which has beautiful countryside, it's really underrated, it's not far from the Pyrénées mountains and the western coast and there is a lot of good food here. I think the whole "French people are rude" stereotypes comes from people who only visited Paris because we are definitely a lot nicer and welcoming in the South!
*_I liked how whenever he went across countries with war or active armies he'd use the word "fascinating" or "interesting" which kinda eases the tension one feels when they come across that, and keeps the video lively. Interesting!_*
As an Aussie that has travelled quite a bit, Mexico has been my favourite country by far, the food, the people, the vibe, the culture, the history. Would move there in a heart beat
That's because you have probably not visited Colombia. It is like many countries in one. The friendliest people in the world. Declared the third most beautiful country in the world. The most biodiverse in the world by Km². With unmatched party environment. And the list goes on and on.
@@holeenjoyeer Although, some think these two countries are similar, they are not. The vibe in Colombia is very happy and vibrant, probably the country with unparalleled party vibe non-stop. Women are prettier. Food is different, and delicious. Many differences. Only those who have been living there for at least a couple of months can see the thru differences: advantages and disadvantages.
Wow! That was a very interesting video to watch. I can't believe you told stories of 197 countries in 30 minutes. You honestly make countries more interesting. The next video, or a video you could make is stories from every 50 states in United States and the territories.
All the way from Haiti.. I’ve been watching your videos for a couple of years now. Very inspiring. I’m a world traveler myself but I only been to 9 countries so far. Hope to visit more in the near future. I appreciate your work 👍🏿
HEY from South Africa really love how you have respect and love for people from different cultures It's so inspiring and I hope to visit a few places myself
I don’t think having visited a capital city can be considered traveling the country. But having set your foot in 197 countries is one of the coolest achievements you can get! Congrats 🎉
Good job, Drew. I am proud of you as a fellow American, embracing so many other cultures and being so willing to adventure into their way of life. You also focus on the positive. Thank you. Enjoy the videos
I have only ever been to 12 countries in my life (although I am only 18 right now) but travelling has been a passion for me for my whole life. I hope someday I can make an accomplishment like this, because this is so incredible and shows that borders don’t matter, when you simply have a passion for life and for people. I have plans to visit 6 countries this summer, including some I have never been to, so I can only hope I experience many new things and welcome the world with open arms like you have done! Thanks for the inspiration!
This video has reignited my travel bug. So excited for my upcoming backpacking trip through Europe this winter! I also lived in Hanoi, learned to speak Vietnamese and traveled a lot throughout the country. What an amazing place!
Hey Drew your videos are great! I've been to 83 countries, as well as Antarctica. This video helps me reminisce about all the fabulous experiences I've had and all the wonderful people I've met along the way. There are definitely more countries I would like to visit; high on the list are Papua New Guinea, Malawi, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, Tuvalu. Keep it up! Maybe we'll meet up sometime on the road!

If you’re a fan of history, I heavily recommend going to Mackinac Island in northern Michigan. There are no cars on the island. horse carriages and bikes are the only methods of transportation. Truly a magical place. If you could make a video on it someday that’d be very cool. Keep up the good work Drew!
Hey Drew, congratulations for your achievement. As a greek , I have to suggest you to visit Greece again. There are so many beautiful places. Mykonos and Santorini are nice but there are way too many tourists. Good places are Meteora, Crete, Corfu, mount Olympus and many more
I was excited to watch the video, but the part on my home country of Bulgaria left me very upset. I am so sorry you had this bad experience, Drew. I can promise that Bulgaria is a gem in the Balkans and that you happened to stumble upon a bad apple. I hope that you can give Bulgaria another chance and visit the oldest city in Europe, Plovidiv, and some of the wonderful cities along the Black Sea coast. There are also plenty of cute mountain villages where time stands still.
Yeah right? Literally the least talked about country in this whole video. The only thing he has to say about Bulgaria is that he got scammed by one dishonest taxi driver. What a loser this guy is...
@@Adiicek Taxi drivers are big issue here. The problem is the super corrupt government which makes them like that. The government steals a lot of money for themselves from the country and that's why taxi drivers are really bad. Well, not all of them, there are exceptions but this is also why I rarely take a taxi. And the public transport or having a car for a rent is way better than a taxi in my opinion.
I have not been to every country yet (not even close... coming up on 100 in the next year or two), but I have driven through much of Bulgaria in rental car. Entered from Romania at Ruse, drove down to Veliko Tărnovo and then across to Sofia and the stunning Rila Monestary before driving up into Serbia. Bulgaria is a BEAUTIFUL country. The people were wonderful and the food was fantastic. Loved every minute of our time there.
Honestly, I am sure Bulgaria is a great country but the one time I visited I also faced some ridiculous corruption. I was driving and right as i crossed the border with North Macedonia, a policeman holding a rifle stops me for no reason in a village road, and demands 100 euros in bribes or else he threatened to take me to the station to "investigate my licence" (whatever that means). Really shocked me considering Bulgaria is an EU country.
We had some taxi drivers trying to scam us as well as they thought we were just dumb tourists. Im sorry the taxi industry is ruining the reputation for you guys. This was in Sunny beach area.
Come to Kenya again and slow, travel off the beaten track, we have everything from the most picture beaches along the with astonishing coral reefs and rock formations, huge interesting grasslands backdrop with stunning mountains filled with wildlife in likipia, tropical rainforest across the coast with tons of epidemic species, deserts in the north, and just really cool natural features like the devils kitchen in malindi and Hellgate national Park in Naivasha. we also have so many extraordinary things people have never heard of, for example, that turkana boy, one of the oldest skeletons, Or the only black leopards in the world, or the spotted zebra, or the story of the lion adopting a Thompson gazelle. And still visit the Classics like the Mara for the Wildebeest migration, Samburu for it stunning background of Mount ololokwe, and amboseli with its tons of elephants backed by the stunning, white topped Kilimanjaro. Don’t forget Mount Kenya. It’s the most stunning mountain in the world in terms of natural beauty and rock formations.
You have done everything on most people’s bucket lists. I just discovered your channel and immediately subscribed and been binge watching all your videos. They definitely stand out from other travel channels. Great job

You absolutely have to experience Hungry by going to different cities and visit the thermal baths in Budapest.😀 Sweden is freaking fantastic durning the summer and if you go out to the country side, you will really experience the Swedish laid back lifestyle, great food, nature and chill.
Woow, dude.. I'm sorry for that experience in Bulgaria. There are such taxi drivers around the Sofia Airport who just look for foreign people and then scam you. There are a lot of other towns and cities that have so much history and nature to provide. Hope you consider getting here again!

Being from Arizona and going to school in Wisconsin, I am sure you’ve noticed how some pockets of America still hold onto their cultures traditions. It would be cool to do a series on those areas of America (like you did with the Muslim town in Michigan!) Like you do with all the countries of the world! This channel has taught me so much about other countries and cultures, Thank you so much!!

Hi Drew. Thanks so much for this brief and comprehensive review. Have you ever been to the Cook Islands or French Polynesia? Maybe you should add those to your future travel's list if you haven't visit them.
Such a video must've taken so much efforts to edit and film, as you had to go through memories from every country! I got tired probably on country 100, and it is just a video! Drew so sorry to hear about your visit & experience in Cameroon 🇨🇲
Please I would love you come back again.
I went in high school as a group trip led by a history teacher, a two week jaunt around the middle of Europe from Italy up to Poland…
and he wasn’t very good at it, he sort of just abandoned 11 teenagers in Budapest and told us to meet him at a specific place in the evening.
But I’m glad it happened there and not anywhere else on the trip, Hungary had by far the nicest and most helpful people on the whole trip!
You have not been to Colombia, the friendliest country in the world. *Colombia is the Most Bio-diverse Country in the World by Km², and 2nd. by extension, after Brazil.*
*Colombia is called the Country of 1000 Rhythms, because it has 1,025.* Very rich musical culture. Unparalleled beauty.
Drew, as an Iranian I am so happy that you're favorite country is my country. Thank you for showing us the cultures of the countries. 🙏🙏
My favorite country as well. Lovely people.
i wish i could go there, it must be beautiful.

I'm so glad you make this video! So interesting to know about all those countries :D
I loved Normandy. I found the people there so nice.
Hiya I am going to Lille in France which I know not south but do you have any towns nearby you would recommend
Not even only the south, 50km out of Paris and people are already way more welcoming
You can’t boss him what country you want to go
Yea you should see the south, but you HAVE to see Paris.
This is actually amazing! :)
Whole word in 30 minutes
Schools can use this to give a brief introduction to each country 😁❤️
*_I liked how whenever he went across countries with war or active armies he'd use the word "fascinating" or "interesting" which kinda eases the tension one feels when they come across that, and keeps the video lively. Interesting!_*
Yes, because students need to know that toothpaste in Barbados costs $8.50
Yes, because it’s necessary to know that a certain country has good vibes

Such a video must've taken so much efforts to edit and film, as you had to go through memories from every country! I got tired probably on country 100, and it is just a video! I didn't know there're pyramids in Sudan. Congratulations on your achievement, and thank you for sharing your inspiration with us!
20:18 Wellington is the capitol of NZ not Auckland but I think you’re forgiven with this amount of cities and places being retained in your head 😅
