ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I wish Takara Tomy / Hasbro would bring these back as re-issues.
Can remember these from the school playground. Amazing.
This should be a Haslab, a full set of these in 1 pack!
Awesome! I have a bunch of these mixed in with a big bag of muscle men.
OH HELL YEAH!!!! Can you believe this was part of Transformers Continuity?! Shame Hasbro of America didnt want to acknowledge the shared universe!!❤😂 Also YES!! Please do a followuo video!!
I was talking with the wife about some of our favorite toys growing up, these guys were easily in my top 5!! definitely tempted to collect some of these. had a bunch of these as a kid, plus the pull-back battering ram! the reboot figures look kinda cool I wish they'd bring these guys back they were so cool!!
Awesome job Russ .
I had the spider and some others growing up, great figs!
If Hasbro did a 1/12 articulated Battle Beast line it would be all over. Mad fans would buy those.
One of the few sets of figures I've kept over the decades. Always wished they could have updated these in 6in scale with modern articulation but keep the colors and proportions
Refreshing video!!! Keep’em coming!!
I never had any of these, but I remember being obsessed with the commercials when I was little. I never STOPPED being obsessed with elemental powers.
If I'm not mistaken, the rub symbols were randomly applied, which meant thar complete collections require three of each character. So there are versions of those aquatic BattleBeasts with the more appropriate water symbol.
I might be a 2004 kid, but I WISHED to have these things growing up (UA-cam was my 1st exposure to these). Here's hoping it's not too late to track these down.
I've been collecting these on and off for awhile with zbots, which zbots also deserve a separate video. I just got the tiger vehicle recently. The vehicles are cool too.
Oooo these are cool never heard of them before
I had a ton of these as a kid! 🤘🖤
HOW DID I MISS THIS?! Never in my feed bro. Absolutely my favorite line of all times. This is my "the house is burning you can only grab one collection" collection lol.
Had only about four when I was a kid, but they left such an impression. The toy commercial was so well animated. Loved their design and details so much, was happy to see my friends had some too. Bought my three favorites (two of them I actually never had back in the days) about 10 years ago, all in excellent mint condition. Made sure they all have different rub symbols ^^
I can smell 1986 just watching this
Used to love these so much.
I loved Battle Beasts. My favorite was Blitzkrieg Bat.
If I remember right, the rub symbol was totally random, so not pertaining to the character. The thought was that kids might keep collecting them to get all 3 run symbols for each figure.
They were such a favorite of mine. Recently Chris McFeely also did a "Basics" on them as well, and I had to pick up a few. I miss my old collection from childhood quite a bit and am so tempted to slide down this rabbit hole.
"I'm a little uncomfortable with this one" Lol! Dude so badass, awesome collection!
Fun video. Awesome collection.
Carp one is definitely my fav out of all of them. Really cool design.
Hell yeah dude, I still have my Battle Beasts as well! They need to revive them, and not the minimates versions.
5:07 I had that guy too - my fave was the sloth
The rub symbols changed over the first couple of years. The original symbols were just outlines of the element in holo. The second generation had the actual picture that showed up like your carp friend.
I would love to see something like this for Monster in my Pocket.
Weren’t the holographic images random on the figures? For example, you could have two of the same character but have different holo images?
Yes, you are 100% right about that.
I miss my collection so bad. Also who else thought battlebeast feels at the pigbot in guardians of the galaxy 3?
I like beast saga more than battle beasts tbh, they look a lot better .
I only have 8 characters left to complete mine, so looking at yer complete collection, i'm very jealous LOL
It'd be great if they were reissued.
😳 I'm in a shartimus video. Well my message is. Lol
These are awesome 👏
Think I have a few of these still
Very cool man
Can you please please do a 2023 collection video please?
ive been wanting these for many years but to this day still don't have any TwT
I have never heard of Battle Beast, let alone seen the toys. They're cool. Thanks for the schooling. Did your abuelita ever buy you Battle Beasts?
Why won’t they remake these? I’ve got a ton of them.
Me waiting for sh figure arts carnage review
Well Venasaur does beat Blastoise, Blastoise beats Charizard, and Charizard beats Venasaur. So Battle Beasts were the Pokemon of the 1980's.
Or Pokemon are Battle Beast Junior?
BATTLE-KARP
Rubbing the wood lmfao
Bears beets battlestar galactica
