You, sir, are a true magician. I've only watched a few videos but am blown away by your skills.
Thank you so much, Aubrey.
I just finished part 3 not even 20 minutes ago such perfect timing thank you once again 💜
Same
Yo @sinfulpluto can you help me with something
Just finished this part. It looks amazing. Thank you for your hard work. I did change a couple of things for my own personal preference but seriously, this build is amazing. Please keep doing these in the future. Now onto Part 5!
I am 30 minutes into Part 3, can't wait to finish it and start on this gorgeous cyan dome! It's taking a lot of grinding on my part and a TON of scaffolding, but i'm getting there! :)
Hope you're having a great day today! Every time you post you bring a smile to my face, i love seeing your videos popping up in my notifications :)
Awesome! Love the dedication. 😀
I literally just finished part 3 and after 5 min you upload part 4 😘
I just recently discovered your channel and everything you build is so breathtakingly beautiful!
Thank you so much, Eloise! 🙂
Perfect build! 10/10 👌
This looks amazing
Love the shape of this dome, shapes like these are hard for me. Thanks for the tutorial.
They're hard, yeah. You're welcome! 🙂
Amazing😍
So awesome! Unbelievable. You are so talented
@@DeadMan-pr6ic Thank you so much!
I've reached this tutorial! Begnning on the dome shortly after cleanup!
Awesome! Good luck finishing the build. 🙂
2 weeks to finish part 3, that tall windows section was killing me in survival. Hope this part is not as bad :)
hey can you give a world download for litematica?
Can you do your own perspective on a ancient city?
Ohhhhhh😮😮😮😮 OP
i have a question u think copper blocks would work to the wheaterd ones cause thats a bit easier in survival to make and get
Sure. They might be a little lighter in color, but it should be fine. Warped Planks is probably the best choice of all the options. You should check out my latest video. Same color palette as this build, but I used Warped Planks for the roofs instead.
I copy in Create mod and use Wand of simmetry: place 1 block and his copy automatic place in 7 other mirror corner from selected center.
Im still on part 3, and dreading part 4 because indont have a good haul of dark prismarine. Is it literally just blocks, nonslabs or stairs so i could do it with a different block?
You could use warped planks instead. Oxidized copper might be a bit bright comparatively.
@SixWings I was actually thinking a mix of purple concrete, wool and amaythst blocks. And then instead of brown stained glass using purple. I did the purple for effect for the floor so it would tie in nicely.
@@Rossstewart88 Great idea! Would love to see how it turns out.
Damn dude
Hi i noticed in the minor dome review the spruce stairs/slab portion on the bottom of the deepslate dome (near the trapdoor) is not symmetric. Is it meant to be like that?
Can you give me a timestamp?
@@SixWings20:08
It should be symmetrical, so the stair is simply missing in that shot.
What is the thought process behind the double dome?
This was used in many baroque dome churches to a smaller or lesser extend. Some are made as a singular dome. It's like with most constructions. Having some kind of construction puts less pressure on the domes themselves whereas a single piece needs to be self-supporting. My latest build has an even bigger construction between the domes, much like Santa Maria della Salute. I did it so I could have functional rooms hidden away.
Thank you for the quick upload. I assume part 5 will be the center tower and the interior?
Part 5 will be the bell tower. Part 6 probably the staircases and the floor pattern. Part 5 is done soon.
@@SixWings in preview - dome with bell tower.
30:11 why is one side different on the 4th layer?
When I designed the building I used a tool called WorldEdit to figure out how to build the dome. It can make spheres with the diameter you want and effectively builds the most accurate sphere it can with the blocks in Minecraft. This design simply follows the structure of such a sphere. You could change it but it wouldn't be as evenly rounded as this one.
Interior ideas?
Im around 33 minutes in and ive done somethijg wrong and cant figure it out. 12.45am maybe need to sleep and start again with a fresh head!
Roofs looking incredible with a mix of Amythst blocks, purple contcrete, purple concrete powder and purper blocks
Just finished this part . Amazing but still too wide . Could you email some photos of the texturing on every side please . I would really appreciate it.
part 5 will be the final?
Part 5 is for the bell tower and it will be a shorter one. It will be released in a day or two. Part 6 will be the staircases and probably the main floor pattern, so I'm guessing part 6 will be the last unless I've forgotten something. 😉
what shaders do you use?
BSL for this one, but mostly Complementary Shaders these days.
I was about 20 minutes into the video when the first dome was done, I thought “why is it so small it looked bigger on the thumbnail” only to look at the description and see that it was only a minor dome…
It'll be effin hardest for me to texturize the major dome…
Dude you are amazing..are you an architect or something?
Haha, thank you! Yes. 😊
Hi, bro! Your skills in minecraft are just 😵 and yeah i had question. So the question is - How hight is the building, like how much blocks hight is it? I will try to build it my own but i really need to know how hight is it. Please answer me.
-Krish
Glad you like it. With the spire its 176 blocks, but the spire is taller than you think. The top of the main dome is "only" 120 blocks, so if you don't have enough space, you can build the tower a bit shorter.
@@SixWings yeah i would really like to build this amaizing building, but i play on another game, where the limit is only 100 blocks. Do you have any building, witch is 100 blocks? Id you do, then please send me the link.
Can you do Al-Masjid An-Nabawī?
Yes!! 😉
Part 4 now. I feel like the worst is behind me lmao.
end..! last one
Please do the interior detail
I will post the bell tower tutorial later today and after that I will do the tutorial for the staircases and probably the floor pattern. But other than that there's not really anything missing in the interior from what you see in the original timelapse video. 🙂
