The masalas are mentioned in English and Urdu but if you need the Hindi name you should go to google and will surely get your answer and help. Like black cummin is Kala zeera aka Shah zeera, I think it's the same in Hindi too. I just love our Pakistani food and the masalas too. My parents are originally from Goa but we love and prepare our Pakistani dishes all the time.

While marinating add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,salt,little red chilli powder along with tikka masala and curd and oil ... there are few optional spices that goes in but the things I mentioned are basic

Usually nutmeg is used after removing the outer hard shell as there is strong possibility of inner fruit be rotten or infested with tiny insects, please clarify.
