I have the steel deck which weighs more and it's not a problem at all. If anything you just raise it up a notch. This mower does leave deeper lines in grass so I recommend it for trimming and the not so perfect yards. So you did bring up a valid point. Thanks Friend

Those rear wheels look too narrow and aggressive for that weighty mower.
