I have the same sniper hood the with camo strips, but i went extra and tied in a bunch of plastic plant leaves and stems. Pair it with a 20$ amazon leafy suit and you are virtually invisible. Im either stalking or in a tree saddle, and im blessed to hunt friends land year round for hogs. Im almost to year 3 with my suit and its held up beautifully, no loose stitching or tears after over 100 hunts.
The hoods hold up great, the two piece leafy suits not so much. The tops break at the zipper every time before too long, but the legs last until they wear out, and then get recycled into camo strips and small quick-cover panels.
I bought this ghillie base from Amazon a few months ago, and it's great.

I’m a little late but leaving the hood up creates a shadow on your face great for your vision bad for the deers
