Hello I just added a data only line with att and I went to settings network and mobile network it’s grayed out , I select mobile plan and it says to reinsert sim and restart I’ve done this several time
I have a 2014 E550 4matic Sedan! Is anyone having a connection problem with phone calls? When someone calls me or I call them they say they cant hear me? It don't happen all the time, but it does happen and they have to call me back, or I call them then it's clear? Is there a setting on my iPhone 12 max pro or a setting on the Android 11 that will fix it? I had the front camera put on my Benz and when I put it in drive and the camera was scrolling but there was a setting to fix it so Im wandering could this also be a setting for the phone calls?
I installed my screen and it was working fine but I went through a bump and the screen isn’t displaying anymore but the audio is still working. What should I do please?
Would you be able to point me to installation video or instructions? I installed it but I have a spare blue connector behind the screen that was connected to my old screen. I don’t have back up cameras, and I also don’t know how to use wireless CarPlay. Thank you.

Great video. I have a question. I noticed that you have 4G on your screen. I put a tablet simcard in mine and it didn't work. Does it have to be a phone simcard?
PleAse help, me and my husband have tried to put multiple SIM cards in the screen and it never ever recognizes the sims we put in. It clicks into place and it never comes on. When we go to mobile network it’s all blank and we can’t press anything
Go to the settings from the start up screen then go to the bottom line and select FACTORY try them to enter 190627 then select green arrow this will take you to these settings u asked for , There plain and simply to browse through just make sure you don't play around with to many changes at once, each say two you do after doing go to home screen check if it's changed as you like if not then u know its only one of two things you've changed, youl work it out, all the best

Try this, go to android settings, network, select your network provider, advanced settings Apn. And change apn to correct one. You can google correct apn settings. After that, save it on the top right 3 dots.

CarPlay should go into pause when you move to another part after connecting to wifi until you do what you want! Then go into apps and click on Link to connect to CarPlay ? Could anyone help me now!!!!
There is no way. Typically, these screens are manufactured and customized based on an existing Android version, such as Android 11 or Android 12, and then sold to the market. All hardware drivers in the screen are developed by a third party hired by the manufacturer rather than being developed in-house. Therefore, it is certain that there will be no upgrade available.
However, with Android 11 or 12, you can rest assured that you can use it with full functionality for at least 5 to 6 years without worrying about unsupported apps.
Just be careful which way u install it also let me know how you go, an easyier way u can pop up the screen, to do this you may need to remove the two screws under black covers and gently pull screen upwards this will go e you much more room when trying to insert it correctly, if you already ha e it in correctly try going I'm to settings and then network & internet then select mobile network.. Hope this can help

Hey, buddy! I'm facing an issue when using Android Auto. When I receive a call then a blue call screen appears when being in a call. So I can't use Google Maps while talking. Any thoughts? 😁
Same problem ... it's been designed to take over the screen in a phone call and not allow you to back out of it and use the rest of the device all the time the call is active! It's a massive pain and would require DMP to reprogram their phone app on their android OS to allow it took work in the background during a call.

Try press the on of button on the console maybe it's off, it can be tricky when does this I had the issue and had to mess around a bit to work it out. Hope works for you

You should be able to go into your oem and go to audio scroll down to aux and apply it! I have the 12.5 DMP and a 2014 E550 and that's how I did it

You have to get a sim card from your mobile carrier then through them they will activate that SIM card and you will be fine!

You text DMP on WhatsApp and they will send you a zip file to download and then put it on a flash drive and then go into the MCU and install it!

Did you use the reset button on the side to reset the screen?

Hey mate, please ask your installer for the latest firmware update. Carplay should come up automatically with the latest update.
