5 different manufacturers within 5 seconds of each other after almost an hour of racing. That is the very definition of why so many of us love these racing games
It really is time that Polyphony devised "daily" races for all groups of cars. Imagine a new group 2 race each week? Something like that would breathe new life into the sport mode.
it's time that daily races are actually daily. They could still do one or two weekly ones but now if the races aren't good you basically lose an entire week
I think the thought process is, with only 3 races, even when there aren't many playing, everyone will start in a mostly full lobby. Too many races means when the pllayer base falls off (and it inevitably eventually will) full lobbies could get pretty few and far between. Not saying that makes the current method ok, I just try to view from their perspective. As consumers, we often let what we want to see overshadow what is realistically sustainable long term.
@@Yugo5300 I'm able to play on like two evenings a week on average but if I ever have more free time I dislike doing the same race over and over again. Yes it leads to higher quality races because people get better over the course of the week but the variety is lacking
Most races in A~B rank end with 4~6 drivers. Most people fail to change tyres at right time, it becomes undriveble and they simply quit. It's just sad.

Brilliant Performance Rory! I consider that race in high regards a P1 Victory for you because you had to cautiously hold back a bit on the final lap due to tire wear and the wet, while you're pursuers continued to push hard to catch you for the final straight. (You held a 12.5 sec P1 near half way through the 5th lap which you then started to drive more cautiously to hold on to it, which in turn caused you to start the final lap with a 7.2 sec P1 lead as the drivers behind you slowly closed the gab with your tire wear grip further decreasing)
I'm usually intimidated by Race C and I hate weather... but you got me wanting to do this race!! Brilliant racing!! One of the best videos I've seen from you!! Thank you!

Damn, that race ending was epic. And the pressure from the guys catching up before the finish line, especially on a narrow track, and with withering tires must've been immense!
I would just really love for them to make some basic improvements to the single-player side of the game. Custom championships, practice and qualifying, customisable HUD, and fix the bug that prevents us from disabling rubberbanding AI. If they did these things I'd be so happy but as they never will... I'm saving for a PC. Now that PSVR2 is working well over there there's just no reason to stay trapped in a stagnant game that only cares about online racing.
I’m comfortable as a controller player but Nordschleife is one of the only tracks that makes me wish I had a driving rig. I just have to imagine how fun it is racing it like that

Hello, it would be cool if you'd do a guide/gold run on all the licence tests now, after the physics update. Also it seems to me that all the times have been cut by a bit, making all of them harder, I would say.
What a great race it was! Glad you got 2nd at least. I´ve done a race yesterday. It was dry all race. Managed to finish the race 2nd without a stop by fuel mapping. But the credits you get are a joke. Got 97k for 50 minutes of racing. Not worth it.
The best game mode ever. You should pit on 4th lap for inter. You probably have a shot on pole cause their tires are worn. Well done mate. Right strategy win.

I used to play dailys all the time, then got frustrated with all the bs but this race did resurrect the whole enjoyment of it, played it all week hours and hours got a race win 🏆 but now its gone 😅😅 was fun while it lasted 😊

This ladies and gents is what GT7 can be. Please, please tell me this is the beginning of a new era for GT7 online. It's been so frustrating that a game has been disappointing for something as STUPID as configuration of an online mode.
Yes it’s great, however this should be race D. C should be less laps. Alternatively get rid of race A as it’s something you enter once if at all. Pointless, I’d be interested to see how many people actually enter race A, I bet it’s a tiny amount.

Forza is getting better. Forza also does have Nürburgring multiplayer endurance races. Each game does have their own physics.
