Stitzel Weller Distillery Tour : The Original PAPPY Van Winkle | Kentucky Bourbon Trail #11

The Stitzel-Weller Distillery is one of the oldest bourbon whiskey distilleries and one of the distilleries and attractions in Louisville, Kentucky. Stitzel-Weller Distillery was owned by Pappy Van Winkle and he created his original recipe of Pappy and Weller in this distillery. The Stitzel-Weller Distillery is part of the Diageo Group. Stitzel-Weller Distillery is making several well-known labels of bourbon whiskey and American whiskey as:
- BLADE AND BOW Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (The original recipe of Pappy Van Winkle and Weller Wheated Bourbon Whiskey)
- BLADE AND BOW 22-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Original barrels from Pappy Van Winkle production)

We booked the Progressive Walking Toru & Taste ($65 per person). It’s family friendly and it includes the tour around the facility and the premium tastings when you are walking. Photos and video are allowed. This has been one of the best distillery tours in the Kentucky Bourbon Trail! We hope this video can help you as a guide when you visit the distillery. You should book the experiences in advance within 3 or 4 weeks to find an empty spot.

What an excellent video!! Lots of great historical information. You guys should do try to do the Texas Whiskey Trail. I am not sure if the distilleries would let you record video but if they do I bet you would make great content for us subscribers. Cheers and keep up the great work!!
