I rode Luigi’s Flying Tires many times. I liked it, but I love Luigi’s Rollickin Roadsters way more.

fun fact: when Bob Iger first tested Luigi's flying tires, he had the same complaint that most guests had, the ride was too slow, their solution to this was to extend the ride time

I remember riding Luigi's Flying Tires in 2012. It was fun but the new version is better.

Luigi's was a ton of fun once you learned how to ride it. Just took a few tries which regular tourists literally don't have time for
