Sir, it not works with me. When I create users and Email, then tried to login remotely and login inside Outlook, it show cannot detect/connect to mail server. Despite Ports are open. Please could you help for high urgent

Doesn't work for me, no matter what client I use it can't connect and port 25 is blocked by my ISP

ISP Will block port 25 for residential connections. If your ISP is not blocking any port, until there are proper NAT rules and services active you won't see ports open.

No, you can host your own server on-premises with public ip
