You don't have to copy hosts file to anywhere. Just right click notepad or any text editors startup icon, choose "Run as administrator" and you can edit the file in it's original location. It's smart to copy the original file to somewhere safe (like a thumbstick) just in case you have to revert changes.
Just delete the add-ons ..

Before I would like to mention that i am working on my machine(meaning don't want to use virtual machine).
I installed and configured hmailserver exactly as you did, added information inside the host file found in my etc and created the accounts on the server.
Downloaded also mozilla thunderbird, but when I add the accounts created on my hmailserver on thunderbird it says: Thunder did not find your email account settings. Help please.

Because your ISP is most likely blocking e-mail port to prevent spamming. You can bypass that by using your ISPs smtp server as relay (in smtp setting section check relay server box, put your ISPs smtp server address and port and user name and password is your account on ISPs email server. If you don't have one or don't know it's credentials, then call your ISP and ask them to set it up. Should be free since most ISPs create one for you once you make a contract with them). You can also use other relays (www.mailgun.com/smtp/free-smtp-service/free-open-smtp-relay/ is one that I know offers limited amount of free e-mails to be sent), but you need to purchase a domain and knowledge how to setup DNS records to make it work.
Almost forgot, if you want personal e-mail and are willing to pay for it as long as cost is reasonable, then e-mail host might be something to look at (www.namecheap.com/hosting/email/ is one I can recommend.)
You can have own email to which you receive mails to for free, but to send e-mail to different server other than on local network, you need to use smtp relay, rent a server from server host provider or get a business internet connection from your ISP.
Other than learning how e-mail server works and having business e-mail or e-mail to which spam or job stuff is sent to, gmail etc. is pretty much safest and overall best option to choose.

Lots of issues with this...
1. BEFORE you mdoify ANY Windows file - MAKE A BACKUP FIRST. You never advised this. -10 points.
2. You go through the hots file, pet NEVER explaining what you're doing. You don't explain why you're using the 127 dot address, you don't explain the reason for the FDQN names and their relevance to what you're doing. -20 points
I'm sure you've got people blindly following your instructions, not know if they are opening their machines to an exteranl attack or opened a vulnerability. -10,000 points.
