Please any idea on how to set up hmail server with Thunderbird, I set it up but when I try to log in to Thunderbird I get incorrect password or wrong configuration.
Also can hmail server be used to send up to 400 maximum mails per day BUT not in bulk just one by one

Hi,
The administration level setting lets you define which parts of the server a user should have access to. This setting is primarily used by PHPWebAdmin.
User - The user can change settings which applies to his own account. For example, he can change his password, his out-of-office message and forwarding settings. The user can't increase the maximum size of his own account, and he can't modify the active directory settings
Domain - The user can change settings which applies to his domain and the users in it. The user can change settings for all users in his domain, add new users, add aliases and distribution lists, delete objects, increase account max sizes and so on.
Server - The user can change any setting and modify any object (such as domains and accounts) in the server.

You can manually delete the data files per emails in the directory where the hMailServer is installed. Just make sure you have them all in your outlook before you delete them.

How can I setup hMail to get "read receipts" by using tracking pixels?
Hi, I haven't tried it yet because we aren't using tracking pixels yet.
where can i find deleted mails? People delete mails on webmail yoiu know
In the webmail, they can check at the deleted items folder. Otherwise, once deleted, the message is gone for good.

@@ReynaxisSolutions actually trying to use it with one computer that is hosting hmail and tried everything starting from port forwarding to fixing my domain settings with godaddy (TXT / A Record.. and all that)

@@akrooma I haven't tried messing with TxT/aREcord stuffs, but I have once successfully linked one of my hmail to an external gmail account. I haven't had the use for it actually and I have forgotten about that already. Anyway, we have a a separate email for external and internal. We use hmail for internal.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. In my older videos such as this, I thought adding a music was cool. But later I realized that the music are actually annoying. That's why in my newer videos, I don't add a background music anymore.

First, why are you wearing a mask?
Second, setting the server limit to 100,000 and disabling autoban - WHY. WHY would you do this? smh... you're showing people how to set up a spam server. Nice.
Sorry about the mask, it's because during the recording of the video, that place has a strict policy about wearing a mask due to covid. I disabled the autoban for those who are new to this set up, otherwise, if they repeatedly enter the wrong email password when they are adding an account to outlook, the server will ban the user and all the user can see is that they cannot add the email to outlook. It is for them to enforce that outoban later on especially if they have an IT to take care of that.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. English is not my first language so it's a bit challenging to elaborate more on the subject. Writing is easier for me but thinking of what to say in English while speaking in real time is a bit different. But I'm getting there. I'm always trying my best to improve everyday. :)
