General strategy
Set Brann to healer, combat curio: Porcelain Arrowhead Idol, utility curio: Amorphous Relic.
Key talents to take: Swift Art to make Roll or Chi Torpedo clear snares.
Tips
1. You can remove Enfeebling Spittle with Roll (or Chi Torpedo) if you take the Swift Art talent and with Tiger's Lust.
Brann also can dispell you so wait a sec if you are on your last CD.
2. Only interrupt Regenerating Carapace (his heal ability). I used this macro to interrupt just to make sure it lands on Zekvir:

3. Save CDs for the egg, with Storm, Earth, and Fire should be easy. If you can't get close enough to dps because of other mechanics just use a Touch of Death.
4. If a spider hatches from the egg interrupt its cast by stunning it with Leg Sweep (don't use a Spear Hand Strike CD... like I did in the video :) at a certain point).
