If you want to consistently remove the Enfeebling Spittle by yourself as a rogue you have to play Outlaw with the Killing Spree talent - but I refuse to play Outlaw :) Set Brann to healer, combat curio: Porcelain Arrowhead Idol, utility curio: Amorphous Relic. Try to keep him in the middle and stay close to him. For me this fight was all about managing the cooldowns for clearing the Enfeebling Spittle. We have to rely on luck that Brann is not feared just when he has to dispell and also after using Vanish and Brann gets aggro we need to be lucky to have eggs spawn close enough to Zekvir that we can interrupt him while dpsing the egg. Tips 1. You can remove Enfeebling Spittle only with Cloak of Shadows (2 min cooldown) and Vanish (2 min cooldown with 2 charges if you take the Without a Trace talent). With Vanish the problem is he will aggro Brann and this can lead to situations impossible to manage where you cannot stop his heal or cannot kill the egg, so try to get aggro back after Vanish as soon as possible. If Brann is unconscious then Vanish will reset the fight, so is no longer a dispell option. My idea was to try to save Cloak of Shadows as much as possible because it can become the only viable option if Brann is down. To manage these clearing cooldowns I use the following priority: Can Brann dispell you? (Brann is in range, not feared, not unconscious, he did not dispelled you last time) - yes: then try to wait for him to dispell you using defensive CDs just in case he doesn't - no: Is Brann up? (Brann is not unconscious) - yes: then use Vanish and try to get aggro back after - no: then use Cloak of Shadows if is available, and use defensive CDs (and a pray he doesn't also meele you) if Cloak of Shadows is on CD You can also try to los Zekvir as he casts it but he has to be close to the entrance. 2. Only interrupt Regenerating Carapace (his heal ability). I use this macro just to make sure I interrupt Zekvir and don't mess up targets: #showtooltip /target Zekvir /cast Kick /targetlasttarget 3. Save both Shadow Dance and Secret Technique CDs for the egg. Yes, this will be an overall dps loss.
