P.s. You use a screwdriver instead of the drill to screw the screws in as you could risk damaging the plastic wall plug with the drill. The rapid speed would result in a lot of the inner plastic (of the plug) to be shaved off and weaken the grip your screw has on it.

How mount on Alumunim section? Can we use normal screw or create hole through section and sue nut bolt?

First you have to find the aluminum stud in the wall. Then you can use aluminum specific screws (tech screws) to bolt them in. These bolts are designed to have a metal tip that can cut through aluminum.

I would really recommend having it drilled to the wall. Or at least nailed to the wall. Double sided tape will not be enough to carry weight. And the vibration of the motor will be too much for a tape to handle.
