That was not cooked inside.... i like rare steaks but that looked like it was mooing
It’s the lighting. I need a little more work on that. It temped at 125 when I pulled it off the grill so it came up to a gentle medium rare once it was cut, but the lights destroyed the way it looked.
I guess id have to taste it... on paper sounds pretty good
