Very good video you pretty much hit everything right on point the only thing you forgot to show everybody is where the stickers are located to cover the gas sticker and show it’s now propane the stickers are located in the electrical area of the JX heater so if you just unscrew the panel where all the electrical is you’ll see there’s two stickers there ones in like French and the other one obviously is in English so you just wannacover up the English one and show. It’s now propane.
What do you like different between Pentair or Jandy? Which do you think helps your business most? Which is the least repair work order warranty or out of warranty? I have my own opinion just curious of yours. Seeing your next to the best in my opinion.
John, do you have to replace the bezel (fan looking grill) from Black to the White one? My kit did not come with that piece. It only came with the Propane orifice. Please advise.
I believe that the Raypak heater you have to replace the gas valve and all of the nozzles. Its not impossible but it is a lot more work than the Jandy.
I don't know if they make those conversion kits anymore. But normally for that you would need a new gas valve and each individual gas orifice needs to be replaced.

Hi John, good job! Also can you show what to connect on that piece of pipe and the other end that attached to a propane tank please?

No I do not think it is necessary to replace the bezel. I honestly don't think that matters
I found a conversion kit for a rheem raypak heater, but it says to have a professional do it. They are telling me it's not with it. Is it safe to DIY?

Will this conversion void your warranty?
Nope
Thanks!
I have a Lighthouse 150M pool heater that is set up for gas. Can you help me with setting it up to propane?

Was that a jandy lite2
No it's a JXI you have to do alot more to convert a lite 2
John The Pool Expert ok, worth buying a natural gas one for $350 Canadian? Know if they have a kit for it??
@@jentrevorpitts323 yeah that's pretty cheap you should be able to order a kit to change it. It should be just a bunch of little orifice replacements
