- Thanks to @BitgoHobby for sending me this XFly Alpha 80mm Jet. This plane left me very impressed. Ridiculously easy to assemble. Flies straight as an arrow with PLENTY of power. With a little practice on landings, I can easily see this becoming a go-to jet at the field. Oh, and it looks FANTASTIC in the sky.

Thank you. I was VERY pleased with the video quality on the Stearman and Xfly Alpha. I think Dave and I have finally got our arms around the new camera. Now we can focus on shooting skills and just keep improving the videography. I definitely have a working video format now though and this camera is giving us GREAT results. Thank you so much for the comment. I've been working very hard on this aspect of the channel lately.

Oh yeah! I need a little lower weight on lows, maybe a touch more expo and then just need to burn some packs. This is a really nice flying jet. Very straight.
You sure gave the articulating landing gear a good test. They held up well.

I've flown in a few times since the maiden and have the landings down now. It looks really nice with full flaps and a flair with power. I've got it just touching down on the mains before the nose wheel and it looks fantastic.
Too fast for me. Looks like a lot of fun to fly. I don't believe I would be able to keep up with it visually. Great job John and Dave.

That plane is very Nice ,looks awesome in the air. little hot on landing but we got the runway now , I've always wanted an airliner the LA 37 from motion rc, Now with the new long runway maybe I'll pull the trigger on it later on we'll see. Oh come to think about it I owe you a build so I think you should review the LA 37 from motion RC.😳😁😁

i lose 4 planes at this model. I really like its flight characteristics. But it doesn't hold well at low speed. Turning at tight corners at low speed is quite difficult to control. When going down, there must be the power of the machine all the time. Can't cut the a stick .You have to dive down the head of this plane quickly. and lifted his head as he neared ground .I've tried every method . But this plane is more fun to fly than any other I've ever tried. Fly the fastest of 80mm. i bought a no.5 now.
I've been flying the hell out of this plane and REALLY Like it. I have to agree with your assessment. This plane likes to move quick. I even have the landings down now and it looks just amazing when landed well. Thanks for the comment and observations.
