- Now possessed by Ghidorah's consciousness, Mechagodzilla attacks Hong Kong. Godzilla and Mechagodzilla battle, but Godzilla is overwhelmed. Nathan revives Kong by destroying the HEAV. As Mechagodzilla overpowers both Titans. Godzilla charges Kong's axe with his atomic breath, allowing Kong to destroy Mechagodzilla, while Godzilla and Kong acknowledge each other before the two go their separate ways

towards the end you can tell that even after the fight, kong was still pissed at godzilla after all he's done to him and godzilla, in a way, tells him he is sorry but if you look closely at 4:25 he subtley shakes his head slightly to the left indicating to drop the weapon oh his deceased relative.
