The Monsterverse did some brilliant upgrades to their personalities... like Ghidorah's three heads all had distinct persona's, and the far right one (if facing Ghidorah) wasn't the brightest of the three. On the commentary, it is even said that head may even have wanted to be friends with humans if not for his "brothers". You see those mannerisms play out with the middle head being the leader, the left head (again if facing ghidorah) being the "wild" one and the right one being the "slow" one. BLOODY BRILLIANT!
Interestingly, based on Godzilla lore and KOTM lore(the previous film), Kaijus do indeed have a language of their own. It's just that they use bioacoustics to communicate but there's definitely a form of language they use which is why they sometimes act as if they're talking to each other. This is also how Ghidorah commanded the other Titans to attack synchronously during his Alpha call.
