Usual route u just put the veggies along with the meat in it and eat it like a shawarma or preferred way. Keep up the good work All the best!!!

Hey in NYC, they pour the white sauce on top of everything, including the Pita triangles. add the hot sauce as you want then mix rice, chicken, and lamb together. you just eat the pita as you go. not meant for scooping up food. Soo good (in moderation of course)

What I'd do to get the sauces distributed on the whole platter is I'd put the sauce in then take the lid and close it up the best way I can and then get to shaking. It may look like a hot mess but it will get your sauces nicely distributed.
